We stayed here before we set off to Sewu. Good location with supermarket and local restaurants around. The staffs are nice.

All windows are completely sealed for safety, but this means there is zero ventilation in the rooms as the aircons are simple split units, there is no central air-conditioning. Consequently the air in the corridors is also stuffy, with staff always shutting the small window there if you try to open it. Another odd feature was the height of the washbasins in the bathrooms: they are placed only 71cm above the ground. For anyone over 1.80m, this means bending or kneeling to access the washbasin, a real pain if you are stiff or have a bad back.

Clean, spacious, well airconditioned rooms with a nice view across to Bromo if staying on 5/F or above. Good sized pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall and adequate and well-maintained 4 star hotel.

My only concern pertained to the bathroom; it could benefit from regrouting and a thorough deep clean.

Very weak wifi connection

We used the hotel as a base for the bromo tour, which worked perfectly. There's a supermarket across the street and the staff helped us organize a driver for our next trips.

Location, inside a housing area of Araya, just 1 minute walk from starbucks, fore, and burger king, and just across plaza Araya. And since this is a business trip, it was nearby Persada Hospital where my workshop held. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful (compared to another 3 star hotel)
