The service at the rooftop pool was appalling and non existent. We didn’t even get acknowledged for over 10 minutes while we stood there waiting to get served. We walked away and went somewhere else. We returned later in the week during our stay and it took way too long to get our drinks, the service is not good!

Pillows are too high. Internet can sometimes be slow.

The staffs, everyone of them are so friendly and accommodating. We felt really like home during our 5 nights stay. The bed is so comfy, soundproof between rooms is good too. Lighting is good, location is perfect. K circle is just opposite of the hotel so you can always get things there anytime. Lots of good foods around. I felt really sad leaving this place. We will be back

No fan in the bathroom... only bar soaps in the washroom. Not 9/10 because we didn't stay for long :(

We paid for breakfast but had to leave the hotel early for tours. They packed us our breakfast so we can bring it on the go, we just had to go early to pick it up which was great! The staff at the front are very helpful. Love the theme of the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops on the same street! Very convenient. Room was always clean and great AC! Breakfast was AMAZING. Loved the chicken and the food was delicious! The pool and view was very nice but too bad we didn't have time to swim!

The Pool was very cold.

The breakfast was good for such an middle class Hotel, friendly staff and good location, we stayed here before several years ago and they improved, only minus the Pool is very cold, almost freezing.

The room was a little smaller than expected, however for a single individual this would be perfect. However, the convenience of location and service provided far more benefits than cons and I am happy to say IZE was a positive experience with no real negatives.

The staff at IZE were exceptional, they were always happy to help with any queries and questions. The staff always provided a welcoming atmosphere with a smile on their face. The rooms were serviced daily, if you were not available at the time in which the cleaners were doing housekeeping they were willing and happy to service the room when requested. Fresh bottled water was provided daily for your needs such as drinking water and water to use for brushing teeth. Fresh towels were provided daily also which was a bonus and the rooftop swimming pool supplied towels free of charge.
