Absolutely loved Klumpu. Breakfast was amazing, super quiet location. Kids having a fun time but respectful in the pool. Cleaning services were excellent. Airport pickup super easy! And close walk to the ocean foreshore. Great for us and our 4 month old baby.

We cannot fault it.

Klumpu is a little oasis! The property is immaculate, set back from the main road where it is quiet. The rooms are beautiful with very comfortable beds. The food quality is excellent and the staff are friendly and very attentive. We enjoyed using the bicycles to ride along the nearly beach path and enjoyed the nightly chocolates left on our bed with the turn down service. We loved everything about this peaceful property.

The bungalows are beautiful with a lovely garden setting and pool. However it was the amazing service that made this place stand out. You are very spoilt with delicious breakfast, afternoon tea and evening chocolates each day. We used the free bikes quite a bit to get around. Also booked a tour one day, and our guide was terrific with a very comfy car.

The staff were beautiful & so helpful. The rooms were well set out & really clean, we loved our stay at Klumpu. It was great to be able to order your breakfast & have it wherever you preferred, on your terrace, at the restaurant or even at the pool. The gardens & pool were beautiful & well maintained, it’s a really great resort. The complimentary use of bicycles was a great touch, it was fun to ride along the promenade. great location, close to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Top location. Lovely small boutique hotel. Breakfast of your choice every morning. Welcoming and helpful staff. Bonus to have the complimentary transport, either to or from the airport.

I had trouble adjusting the shower. The water would also get extremely hot suddenly. The pressure from the rain shower could be better. It was situated very high. I feel a full length mirror in the room would be beneficial and also a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. If these items were looked at I would score 10/10 they are small changes that would make this resort perfect.

The breakfast was exceptional, beautifully presented and great variety. The location was perfect close to everything.

Wow, what an amazing place to stay. This place was even better than in looks in the pictures. It is beautifully presented. The bungalows, gardens, pool area, spa and reception area are all delightful and exceptionally clean. The staff are beautiful and looked after us as though we were royalty. Nothing was too much trouble. We had several meals at the resort, served to our balcony, poolside or in the restaurant. The breakfasts were amazing, lunches just as we like and the dinners top class. There are so many special touches that make this place exceptional.

The we had to leave! Could have easily spent a few more days by the pool surrounded by the most beautiful, butterflied filled garden.

Everything! The perfect little slice of paradise away from the hustle and bustle of Sanur’s main strip whilst still being within walking distance of the beach/ boardwalk, restaurants/ warungs and shopping. The rooms, the staff, the service, the breakfast, the pool, the serene and quiet garden surroundings, were all incredible. Because there are only 8 villas it really did feel exclusive and special. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially the hospitality and professionalism of the beautiful staff. Will definitely stay again when in Sanur.

The only thing would be that it was not closer to Sanur beach and main street.

The Villas were beautiful and perfectly positioned around the gorgeous gardens and pool. Being a smaller resort it was so peacful during the day and evening to sit on the balconcies or take a swim. The meals were very generous servings and having the ability to order dinner make a 'night-in' easy and enjoyable.

The only thing that was missing was a rack to hang wet togs and towels outside.

We loved the welcoming staff, the pool and lush grounds, the cleanliness, the amazing breakfast, the free bike hire and the location was excellent. The free massage and free transfer was also a bonus.
