The convenience shop could have more general food items .

The location is closer to the ferry terminal and it had generally a good facilities for leisure.

We liked that the resort is located far away from the busy city centre, and it has a lovely sea view. We had a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Beds were comfortable. Food at the restaurant was very tasty too.

The rooms can be abit rundown; the doors get jammed half way when opening and some areas seems to be stained/cracked. However, the rooms are generally clean. There is little organization for the booking of water sport activities. The staff couldnt speak much English and we had difficulty understanding that the activities were already booked and we had to wait. Luckily another English-speaking staff came over to help after few minutes. We also couldn't book activities in advance via the lobby the day before and was advised to go to the beach counter directly.Nonetheless, the staff doing the water sports were very friendly and we enjoyed the activities.

We booked this resort because it is relatively near the city center and has a jetty for fishing. Resort has many activities including water sports, jet ski, water playground etc. The seaviews are great and good for people who are looking to relax. Although the villas are not very accessible, buggies are available to shuttle people around (within their operational hours). The staff are also very friendly!

Not all rooms are with great view. Initially the room provided to us didn't had a good open view. Upon request, we shifted to a better room. Note that there is no handwash/soap is provided in bathroom, only shampoo, shower gel and other toiletries. Water pressure is low. Breakfast could be improved with more choices. Most of the meals were cold, not warm even. Fruits were open and flies were there. Could have been covered properly. The quantity of finger foods we ordered with drinks was very less. Potato wedges took almost 20 mins to arrive, and was soggy. Didn't like it at all.

The facility is big, with lot of options to roam around and spend the day. There is only 1 pool of standard size, but clean. Nice view from my 'Family room'. Pool bar is great which opens until midnight and many options for drink and finger foods. The restaurant opens until 10pm with local food choices.

The Villa we stayed in was fantastic. However, it would have been nice if there was a small sofa.

We were so pleased that the resort offered complimentary pick -up and drop-off service from/to the ferry terminal. Staff were extremely polite and welcoming. When we checked in, Yuva at Front Desk was very warm and interactive with us. Breakfast at the Layang restaurant was so enjoyable. Indra at the restaurant was so attentive to our needs and made us feel special. Room service was prompt and they always delivered with a broad smile. The spa was excellent. The treatment rooms were bright and clean. The therapists were extremely professional.

Tiny room, no place to comfortably store your belongings. Maintenance around the property could use a little work also. The electrical wiring sticking out on the stairs is an accident waiting to happen

The water pressure was very low and not enough hot water. We often showered with cold water.

The check-in was delayed because one of the booked rooms was not ready for three people. Limited menu options and breakfast buffet. Rooms need more thorough cleaning.
