Hotel is an economical gem.....care and attention is superb. Paid for breakfast each day and it was always good and at £2.50 equivalent more than a .no brainer. Staff are so keen to help and felt part of family.

Just like most hotels post Covid,it needs maintenance to bring it back up to the level it used to be But it’s always pleasant to stay there

The hotel is like many needing some maintenance,breakfast is adequate,the staff here are always very friendly and polite and willing to help, Location is good,but the road needs maintenance as many others do, I have stayed here many times and it’s always good

No chairs in the room, have to move one in and out from balcony, huge construction project across the entry, noise didn’t really bother me but it might you. Restaurant is just ok, no elevator. And it’s dam hot here🥵

Nice budget hotel, good location, decent showers, decent bed, decent cable with cnn and hbo, 5 minutes to Kuta beach, 7/8 restos in immediate area, big pool with lots of loungers, great staff in all areas, great wifi, great bar with 25K (rupiah) ice cold beer and not bad live singer on Tuesdays, overall a good choice and I’ll be back!

The location and staff was great. Also the pool area. The hotel offers also massages, I had the best back massage ever. In the early morning of our departure, the staff prepared us breakfast to go.

A quiet lane off the Beach road but full of life and friendliness. The Hotel is a gem.....dated rooms but no problem for an outdoor trip. Lovely staff and atmosphere.....will return in February.

Wifi was not good in some areas. If wifi is very important to you, request a room closer to the bar or office areas. We asked for another room with better wifi and the staff very courteously assisted us to change rooms. Construction has just commenced across the road. Footings were being poured while we visited. There was surprisingly little noise from this, even though our new room faced the road.

Location was great, near beach, Beachwalk Shopping Centre, affordable restaurants, airport. Room very comfy, good bed, great aircon, hot water rainfall showers with good pressure. It’s an older hotel, but everything was comfortable and the price was right for our budget. Gardens well-maintained & pool area very nice. Breakfast was good with many options on the set breakfast choices. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. it was clear there were many guests who were regulars. Despite the busy area, it was generally quite quiet, with little noise getting into the rooms. If you really need quiet, ask to not have an adjoining room (or bring earplugs just in case!)

The bathroom absolutely stunk of dirty water every day and the middle of the bed could be felt, maybe a thicker mattress topper. But otherwise I will be back xx

The feral Aussie bogan guests who behaved like pigs. Gives us decent Aussies a bad image.

Everything about the room and facilities were great. We booked a last minute budget stay here so value for money was excellent. We were placed in a room that had a small balcony with an average view so I asked for a better room and the staff were more than happy to help. We were put in a lovely room with large balcony looking over pool area and also nice tree views. The bed was huge, pool large and clean, the shower pressure was great, service was good and a good central location.

Shower drain was on the other side of bathroom had to wear thongs as it flooded every time you showered so I didn't slip just had to laugh about it
