I didn't like the outdoor shower but wasn't a deal breaker.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. It was great that there was a driver available to takes us and pick us up in the Sanur area. The location is just off the busy area allowing for peace and quiet fantastic to have our own private pool area.

What an amazing place! The villa was lovely and spacious with a nice pool. The grounds were very green with flowers everywhere which made for a lovely setting. The staff were amazing. Very accommodating and really friendly and helpful. They really made our stay special!

Villa a little bit dated but still lovely, we think they were slowly being done up.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked being away from the busy area but close enough to walk. The villa was lovely and we enjoyed the private pool. Plenty of Warungs to eat from and so close to the night market. Beds were comfortable and all rooms had air-conditioning and fans.

Quiet getaway, but still remaining close to shops and beach. Comfortable bed, great outside shower and beautiful pool in our villa. The service was always friendly and they helped us organise our boat to Lembongan when we were having issues. The spa was great and the massage was amazing. The grounds were stunning and the restaurant had our food ordered and served so quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay.

Arriving late at night the Villa lighting was on. I would describe the lighting as efficient rather than adding atmosphere to the rooms. The rooms were also devoid of those items can make a difference to the atmosphere, cushions, ornaments etc. A small thing greatly offset by the excellent staff throughout the resort. Wifi is available, but slow and intermittent.

Met at reception at 10.30pm by a very professional and polite gentleman who explained the facilities and escorted us to our villa. The Villa was very spacious with the living, dining and kitchen separate from the bedroom, large bathroom and outside shower courtyard. The Villa was completely private. TV in the lounge and bedroom had several English channels including CNN, BLOOMBERG, BBC AND ABC. The size of the 14m by 4.5m pool was a pleasant surprise. The room service and housekeeping teams were excellent. Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour all included - great value for money. There is a very extensive menu of local and international food but ad limited wine list. We throughly enjoyed the food.

Our villa was the last one next to the road. It was where the maintenance people did their work there was noise during the day and they also smoked there and we could smell it.

We got fantastic service. They have special events in the restaurant and fun private cooking classes.

The interior felt a little dated and the floorboards looked like they needed a good polish. It also felt a bit strange having the sink away from the bathroom. Outside, it would have been good to have some more furniture rather than just a daybed - either two separate sun loungers or a proper couch to sit under the gazebo. However, none of this spoiled our trip - they are just ideas for improvement!

We loved the privacy of the villa but it was the service that was most outstanding. The staff were super lovely and only too happy to help. Everyone always said hello whenever we walked by and smiled. It was such a beautiful Balinese welcome. We also appreciated the little add ons especially the welcome drinks and massage - and the airport shuttle service was wonderful.
