There was a lot of locals, they come everyday for the pool, and sometimes early in the morning and make a lot of noise Food was okay, but you really don’t have a variety of choices, very limited menu which was annoying so you need to order or eat outside

The wifi was our main gripe. It was ok in the restaurant area but, awful in our room. It did work if we asked the front desk to connect us but, it did fall over a lot. The hotel was empty. We were pretty much the only guests. The pool wasn't overly clean. The rooms were a little tired Various areas of the hotel need decorating The guy ion the restaurant basically warned us off on our first day. He told us that the restaurant would be shut at 3pm each day and that we should find somewhere else to eat in the evenings.

The hotel is very picturesque and quiet. It has enormous potential. The long pool is so lovely but, it isn't very clean.

Even though doors and windows were all closed, lizards and geckos still managed to come inside but the staff were always happy to come and remove them... sorry we don't like lizards!

Location was good, walking distance to Sengiggi beach and restaurants. This is a collection of villas of varying sizes and shapes. We stayed in Angsana villa The staff, all the staff including the security, the cleaners, the porters, reception staff, etc were really respectful, helpful, polite and nice They did their best to ensure our stay was pleasant Special thanks to Andrian for his beautiful gesture and decorating our room beautifully. Swimming pool was clean and decent size The manager was really amazing with us, he was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was decent, but we only had breakfast in the Hotel once, as there are many nice restaurants close by who do really nice breakfast. Overall the stay was very pleasant, except for too many lizards and gecko's coming inside the room and the bathroom (which you would expect in Lombok)

The WiFi access in the rooms is terrible - not great if you’re travelling with older kids. Unpleasant smell of gas coming from the toilet bowl too.

The pool is wonderful and the beds so comfy. And the staff are brilliant, friendly and keen to make sure everyone has a great experience. The view from the rooms is incredible - the photos don’t do it justice.

The bed sheets and towels did not smell nice (no detergent smell - like they have been washed a few months before). Villa A5 needs refurbishment and better maintenance, especially: - wooden patio needs to be replaced (wood is rotten and moldy - use provided slippers in villa to step on it) - few lights needs to be fixed (pool light, bathroom lights) - tiles in the pool are falling off - air condition is worn out

Nice Villa design with private pool. Very spacious Villa. Big bathroom with bathtub. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location: - Close to restaurants, markets and beach (few minutes walk). - Nerby restaurants offer food and drink delivery directly to villa with no additional charge.

restaurant was not great, limited options, staff were mentioned if you want dinner just go down the road the restaurant is closed at 3pm as it low season. not worth the money. they should have inform before we checked in or so .

Villa is spacious and location is great, away from the hustle and bustle. However, there's strong moldy smell everywhere in the house, despite housekeeping attempts to mask the smell with air freshener. Bedsheets are dirty with stains, dead insects and lizard poops. Bathroom has moldy floors and bath tub is rusty. Quite a huge disappointment. The TV is not working, all the channels need to be paid for. We cant watch any channels. The pool is dirty with fallen leaves, unknown objects and murky water. Staff is friendly though, and rented us DVDs to pass time. Don't think we will return.

The front desk Staff was quite friendly and helped a great deal. we were coming back from Mount Rhinkani trek and understandbly were not in a state of full function. the staff were kind enough to take our luggage without asking to the room and got us painkillers.

The atmosphere wasn’t the vibe. You really get what u pay for. If it wasn’t for the pool the place really isn’t desirable to stay in.

The place seems unkept. Though the quality of building and furnitures were great, it wasn't well maintained. The room was a bit smelly Bed was old Geckos' droppings on bed and on the sofa. The hot water runs out fast No room service available for breakfast. A lot of mosquitos at restaurant (open space near trees & garden) The AC were old
