Bathroom very run down and not pleasant.

The pool and gardens areas are spacious and quiet, with a good swim up bar. We enjoyed spending time around the pool. Location was handy with lots of eateries nearby. Staff helpful.

The club attached had music playing until very late every night. It didn’t phase as us as we managed to sleep through it, probably not ideal for families to have a room close to the entry/road.

Our only complaint was the pool could do with some shade so the water stays cooler throughout the day.

Upon checking out it was noted that there were 3 spots of ink on a king sheet and 3 more spots of ink on a pillow case from tattoo ink. Whilst I appreciate that the hotel has an advertised rate of replacement for such items I find it quite unacceptable that they charged me 608,000rp for the items. The items were aged, they were noticeably faded white and in no way would it cost the property that much to replace them. I could have replaced them myself for a quarter of the price even in Australia. Alternatively the ink could have been removed with a good stain remover or bleach at the worst. Upon checkout this left me with a bad opinion of the hotel. I would like this matter to be considered for a refund of at least half the money charged as I believe this to be a more than fair price to pay

Far too Noisy, Asked the manager if we could change rooms could not change until two days before we were leaving. As they were the most expensive rooms, you would think they would have put them in the quieter location Of the complex. I cannot fault the hotel or its staff. Maybe a change in breakfast requirements.

The rooms were clean the Bedding was good quality, Staff We're Lovely and very attentive. Oh the garden and Pool area were fantastic a little slice of heaven. I don't think any of the Other hotels had that, New noise at back by pool.

Several pubs nearby might make the place noisy for families but overall securities were good. Just a few metres of entering the compound, and the noise will disappear. The only road leading to the hotel is busy/jam due to its excellent location.

Location was superb. Able to get food/shopping/money changer/supermarket within walking distance.

The beds were very hard and by night 4 our backs were hurting a lot.

The people were so lovely. The grounds and pool were immaculate. The price was fantastic and the location was perfect. Food was delicious, cocktails way too easy to drink and cheap. It was very peaceful considering the location.

When in the hotel it is an oasis but personally didn't like the area breakfast is only a small menu pool nice massage on premises is so good and cheap room large and bed comfy $ 1 for small ice bucket to take to room staff good 3% card payment

A lot of the rooms looking a little tired. We had paid for one of the more expensive rooms but it was really tired looking and had a gap in the door where mosquitoes could get in. Staff were great and moved us to a renovated room which was better but definitely not worth the full asking price on their website. We had booked through booking.com and got a good rate.

Bed was comfy with a lovely pool and swim up bar.. Great location close to everything. Grounds were k ept well. Staff were friendly. Room was cleaned each day.

The pillows were too high. Not enough vegetarian food on the breakfast menu . I had the same breakfast everyday. It would have been good to have more choices. No kettle in the standard room .

Great location on busy retail street but still provided quiet and relaxing accommodation. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
