Nothing was disappointed at all!

I have stayed at PinkCoco so many times because I love the location, rooms, food, amenities, staff and just how gorgeous it is. 🦩🦩🦩🦩 And this time they exceeded my expectations again when I had a small emergency! I left my wallet in a taxi and when I discovered that a few minutes later, all the staff jumped into action, including the management, Harry. Especially De Yo who drove me to the taxi stand and helped me get my wallet back! 💗 a happy ending is that now I am reunited with my wallet and eating the best herbed tuna with couscous at the fantastic restaurant here.

It was all good. Small thing was that the shower temperature was a bit difficult to regulate.

The location. It was walkable or a short Grab ride away from shops, restaurants and beach clubs. The pools were great and loved the decor. The little surprises like an ice cream cone by the pool in the afternoon were really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything! Such a unique hotel with incredible facilities. Such attention to detail and so many small gifts and surprises that make you feel special. Loved our stay here and will definitely stay at more pink hotels in the future :)

Romantic hotel with regular free snacks, drinks and ice cream at the pool area. Also free drinkable water and soda in the room. Overall very friendly staff. Helped us with luggage. Checked room regularly. Provided free anti mosquito cream. Probably the most memorable our stay in Bali.

Nothing bad to say, really.

We loved our stay here and will definitely stay at other CoCo Pink Hotels. They staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect! You can walk to whatever you need... bars, restaurants, shops, and the Panang Panang Beach. The hotel takes great pride in creating a nice experience for their guests with leaving little surprises in the room every night when they turn down the beds. We loved it!

Truly nothing I can think about, it was just a perfect choice.

Perfect choice. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast with many options, big room and bathroom. Tons of little details and gestures. Cool pools. Everything pretty and clean. Super good and fair prices for bike rental and laundry. I would choose PinkCoco again and again and again.

The pool areas are great, I stayed in the Penthouse and it was nice with good aircon and everything I needed. The view was pretty good from the room. The breakfast menu is good and very generous. The breakfast are is nice too. The location of this place is perfect, very close to amazing beaches and great bars and restaurants.

We only had breakfast from the onsite restaurant and found it to be ok. The coffee was good though.

The staff were amazing! Facilities and pool were really good, the perfect spot to relax. The location is great close to lots of things but you also feel like you’re in a secluded oasis. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic accommodation with lots of unexpected little quirks & surprises. Each evening when our room was made up, we were provided with a little treat including homemade biscuits! Fruit sticks & ice cream were given out during the day if you were relaxing by the pool. The staff were beyond friendly & attentive and the hotel itself was gorgeous.

The wifi was spotty. Couldn't get much work down inside the room. In the common areas, it worked with no problem.

Our room (patio) was fine, but not as pretty as on the pictures. We would suggest a better lighting concept for the room. There was no ambient light only a very light lamp.

Really nice experience overall. The hotel design is extraordinary and the stuff is really fun. We got so many free snacks and shots at the pool (did not get this in any other hotel). Breakfast was really nice. Ordering an additional juice / cappuccino without any extra costs. Location is good- everything you need in walking distance, but still quite pool area and rooms

The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave!

Thank you to the Pinkcoco staff for an incredible stay in February. We were blown away by the fun, bright and stylish hotel. From the minute we came we received a welcome drink and cold towel. We were invited to lay by one of the many gorgeous pools and enjoy the laid back cool vibe. Several times the amazing staff came by our sun beds with free goodies. We got juice and smoothie shots, cheese, cakes, little snacks and cold towels. They run the hotel like a luxury 5 star hotel. One of the best turn down services I’ve ever experienced. They prepared the bed with netting curtains, pyjamas and sandales laid out. Water jug and glass on the bedside table, all our toiletries organized, a little basket of cookies and even a face mask chilled in the fridge. We were so impressed by the incredible attention to detail and it made our stay so enjoyable.

The smell that greeted me in the room was suffocatingly strong, and something my nose could not get used to... It was like being trapped in an old aunt's perfume bottle. I discovered many hours later that it was probably a well-hidden aroma lamp that was the cause of the smell. Fragrances are something very personal, so even if the idea is good, it would have been better with a more subtle fragrance or no fragrance at all. I left the aroma lamp outside the room and with the window open and the fan on highest speed, I got rid of the smell 🙏🏼

If you like pink, this is definitely the place for you 💓 Besides all the exterior and interior being pink and made with an eye-cathing architecture, the staff and service are fantastic. Eve and Benjamin are two shining stars that do everything to make u feel welcomed and spoiled 🌟 🌟 ..as well as the rest of the staff. It feels like you have checked in to a five-star hotel, when you are served small tapas by the pool every day and in the evenings are greeted with small gifts in the room. The choices for breakfast are many, and dinner was also enjoyed at the hotel restaurant. I had the opportunity to stay in two different rooms during my stay. The bathroom in room 17…WOW!!! The room "Surfers Hut" had a nice coziness factor, but lacked a bedside lamp, it would increase the coziness factor even more to be able to turn off the ceiling lights.

Nothing to dislike

The staff made the difference - being kind and engaging (call out to Benjamin). Small things make a difference such as the savoury and sweet appetisers offered whilst around the pool. Everything clean and well maintained. Quiet rooms even though on main road thru Uluwatu. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Enjoy your time there 😀
