There was a little bit too much perfume when i entered the room for the first time.

The room was quiet and very clean, i could finally rest and relax, even if the street is noisy we don't hear it. There are water dispensers in the corridors, that's cool. Tbe decoration is simple but cosy and i felt comfortable. The location is not bad, close to a big train station and to 2 buses stations (you can take both with the same transport card that you buy in the train stations and recharge there too).

The air conditioner in our room was leaking water, and they neglected to fix it for the entire four nights we were there.

The 1st night i stayed the aircon is not cold. I asked staff come to fix but it's still not cold that cause me sleepless. The next morning i requested to check that aircon and after i go return it's betted than before. Internet connection is on and off. The staffs are friendly, overall it's a good budget hotel anyway :)

Internet in the room was very slow in evenings so I ended up using mobile hotspot. Had some problems with AC but was quickly given other room.

Clean, comfortable, not noisy, strategic location. 10 minutes by Grab motorbike to Old Town, 10 minutes to Ancol waterpark / bird park and other attractions. There's Starbucks downstairs and it is a good place to work during the day with fast internet. Very good value for money. Check out nearby Jalan Ampera 7 street for street food and fresh fruits / juices (Bakso Mecca Jabar - delicious meatball soup about 3 minutes walk from hotel).

The room smells good and clean, perfect stay for 2 nights and the place is very strategic. They provide amenities in the bathroom. All their staffs are friendly. Good value for money. Very recommended!

At check in they had a mix up with our room and we had to stay a night in a different twin room, then we had to change rooms the next day. The location isn't in the best area in Jakarta if you are traveling for leisure and sightseeing. The street it is on is super busy and you can hear horns and the train from the room throughout the day, eventhough it is really not as loud as it actually is. The towels were changed everyday, however if you request an extra towel it is at an additional cost.

The bed was very big and comfortable. The room was clean and a nice shower. The water in the corridor was also very convenient. 24hr reception with security at night.

- they were rather unresponsive when I tried contacting them on booking.com - the location isn’t the best for restaurants on foot. Not much around

Comfortable, clean rooms, modern decor. I liked the complimentary water fountain in the hallway. It was also useful to have a coffee shop located next door.

Air conditioning at one of the room not function well, even my friend already call staff to checkthe problem but still not function. Should have to offer us for a new room for better air conditioning.

The toils were not so clean, but they replaced them at once There was no soap by the sink, but they also brought one

Obliged to unscrew to open the Window. But it is for safety indeed.

The staff is very kind. I appreciated the free mineral water in the corridor, the safe in the room. Cleaning was done every day without have been disturbed. Hot water in the bath. Tv ok. Very good hotel compare to many others in Indonesia for that range of price.

The TV has no Netfix or any others. Only TV network but all are not clear. No tea bag is provided. The air conditioner cannot cool down the room efficiently especially for the room facing west. I changed room and get better result. The WiFi is not so good.

Price is good. Toilet is perfect. Near Kota Dua. Near Bus stop. The staff is extremely helpful and full of smile. The room is comfortable.
