Not realy clean in the coridor..too much fallen tree leafs get into the coridor im front of the lift...sometimes toilet not working well..its needes more house keeper duty to solved...

The water pressure at the shower was a little “triki”. The walls are very thin and you can hear the noise from outside the door.

Close to the airport. Restaurant available in the hotel and other ones very close. Shops are close to the hotel. Breakfast available to order in your room.

The bed was squeaking every time I move on the bed. The water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Location was good for me as I had to go to the airport the next day but there isn't too much to do around there. Pool was great and gym was alright for a little workout session. The room was rather spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was busy but good selection of Asian food, toast, pancake, musli, eggs, fruits and veggies. For the price I paid I can not complain and the staff was really nice.

Location! I booked for a transit room for a 12-hour stay prior to my 1 A.M. flight. This is the perfect hotel for late night flights/early morning arrivals.

Room service staff were also very nice but the food (fried rice with rendang and mie pedas) were salty

The staff are very nice, the bed is very comfy but the shower pressure and the temperature of it wasn’t steady when it’s warm it could change quickly to be cold and then warm again. Please fix it as do like to stay at this hotel whenever I’m on my holiday in Bali

Not much, but no staff offered us any help to bring our luggages to our rooms upstairs when we arrived late night. We could bring it ourselves, but i think that should've been a custom for a hotel staff to offer help to incoming guests.

Staffs, Location, Breakfast, Cleanliness. Stayed From June 21st - 24rd 2022, with Total 7 Rooms. 14 person Nothing fancy about this hotel, just casual family type. But consider the price for this 3 star hotel, Prime Biz offer the best value for money available. They even go beyond our expectations. For Example, Ms Widi the Sales Manager was generous enough to gave us 2 free upgrade rooms. Also she kindly manage to set up very early breakfast ( 05.30 am ) for our group, when we went to Penida island. Once, i rented a motor bike with just 1 helmet, at my surprise the hotel security provide an extra helmet and it is clean. At check out, turn out that we missed 1 luggage, we didn`t realized until we reach the airport, imagine the hectic, fortunately the hotel staffs keep it safely and manage to deliver it to airport just in time. Thanks to F.O Team : Ms Ayu, Ms Intan, Mr Nanda, Mr Eka, Mr Danny, Mr Agung, Mr Dede, and many more. The Staffs were obviously the key factor here, their smile is truly genuine and they greets you from the heart. I stayed at 518, nearly spotless, room with just enough space, it is nicely compact though, and everything works well. I must admit the rooms service was quick, cheap and very much decent last time i ordered Mie Goreng. The Breakfast for this 3 star hotel is quite good, as the selections was well rotate, so we are able to enjoy the whole 3 day consecutive breakfast.

It was not super clean and things are getting worn out, but for that price, you won't hear me complaining!

With our flight only being at midnight, this transit offer was a blessing (10 Euros only!). Room was spacious enough, AC was working (too) well, WiFi is good, ... All and all a great solution if you don't feel like hanging around the city all day, in the heat, not able to shower... Quite a bit of restaurants and coffee places around. Only a 5min drive from the airport!

It has a perfect location if you need to catch an early flight because it’s really close to the airport. The staff is very helpful. they kept our luggage for 3 days without charging extra fee while we were traveling to another island.

There were little spots on linen and bed cover in day 1 and 2. The elevator shaking. Breakfast need more variation.

The walls are quite thin and I could hear guests talking and walking in the corridors late (11pm) into the night.

Near the airport and there are some eateries near the area too. Pool looked nice.
