Got greeted by a gong and the most welcoming staff. Only stayed briefly as a stop before getting the boat to the Gili Islands but the hotel overall was great, room was spacious and breakfast was lovely. Beach and pools looked amazing but unfortunately I didn’t have time to get in them… there is always next time! Thank you!

Bed was very firm , great big bath in room but it didn’t work because of the plug system

There were plenty of options for Breakfast but it was all pretty cold also the price for the rooms is quite high.

Pool and location were really good plenty off bars and restaurants just a short walk down the beach. We got our room upgraded which was great bit for what we played for the pool view room I think was over priced. All in all good 2 nights stay

The hotel is old and with lots of disparities in the rooms. You might be lucky and get an OK room, but the probability is that you'll get an old and beaten up room. It was for sure a very nice hotel 10/15 years ago, but not anymore. And for what it has to offer, it's very expensive for the region. The breakfast is poor with not too many options. And the hotel beach, despite the efforts of the staff, is always dirty and not pleasant to be in.

The location is nice with lots of restaurants close by, both at the beach as at the road behind the hotel. The staff is warm and professional.

The breakfast was poor, a few years ago breakfast was a large selection of foods. Now its a single row of options of cold bain marie food. The pool chairs also need a good clean. People leaving their towels on the pool chairs to hold it for hours or even not return and take prime seats. I feel the property is a victim of the pandemic.

Deluxe room was superior, so clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was amazing and daily fruit bowl was great. Afternoon tea was a beautiful treat to look out over the water. Pool staff are great and had great chats with them.

These weren’t really dislikes but I’ll mention a few things that didn’t impact our stay at all, just didn’t meet my expectations after staying at a similar resort the week before. It’s more for those on the fence. * Being almost 40 years old, there is an old section and new section. We stayed in the old section which was fine, room and bed were comfortable. Bathroom was a bit dated though, still had to hop into a bath to have a shower. * Breakfast was nice, and the eggs/omelette station was a winner. But the Buffett food like hash browns, pancakes, bacon etc were always Luke warm/cold even when we were up at 6:30am for a tour. * I spent a bit of time at the pool bar which is great, but the cocktails and range of cocktails were limited and basic compared to other resorts.

The hotel is an a superb location, on the beach, a short walk to all the beach restaurants and bars. It’s design is beautiful keeping Balinese culture, nice green gardens and 2 nice pools. The swim up bar is picturesque and got a lot of use.

I liked most things but some great improvents could be :- The pools were both very noisy and had lots of kids in them. It would be great if one pool could be dedicated adults only to cater to all people staying. The bikes desperately need some maintenance & effective brakes. The tv's need an upgrade to digital as viewing on them is really grainy. Mattress on bed is very hard

Very old rooms, had requested newer room, no luck. Sink, toilet and shower got blocked. Bed setup was incorrect as per request. Communication prior to stay was not great. No driver to collect at airport as requested.

The location is definitely one of the best in Sanur. Right on the foreshore with beautiful dining available overlooking the water.
