Not much to not like. I would have loved to swim at beach but it's not a swimming beach. There's also not many places to walk to outside of hotel but that's ok it didnt bother us too much given the food and hotel was so lovely. Perfect to unwind before we went to Gili Islands .

stayed 4 nights . The food served at both restaurants was superb for a hotel. No breakfast buffet which was great (which means minimal food wastage which is important to us) and fresh. Large variety and really just perfect. The staff were exceptional. The Staff at the spa were all exceptional. I loved the "real" ginger tea served after each treatment. Rooms clean. The grounds of the hotel were well cared for just beautiful. I really loved this hotel.

Quieter area but that was perfect for relaxation. Excellent restaurants on site so no need to go elsewhere

Excellently well run resort. Staff were outstanding and food was super delicious with lots of variety. Preferred the ala carte breakfast to the buffet breakfasts offered at most other resorts. About 30min drive to Gili Islands so good location. We loved every minute. Worth upgrading to an ocean front room.

We really like the Quince!! This was our second time there. The staff is excellent, the spa excellent massages, breakfast and dinner are amazing by the beach! Our only disappoint was the pool area seating, the lounge chair cushions and some umbrellas were poorly patched and stained. I know towels can cover this when seating but still was disappointing after our previous visit. That being said we would still go back for another stay!

The only little thing was while you are swimming there are outside people trying to sell you stuff. Was a little bit annoying but not bad, only happened twice.

The sea is rough and the beach hardly existent. So don't expect to swim in the ocean much. it is a deserted location. you can't walk into town at night or anything like that. There is only a few little restaurants in this bay, so most people eat at the hotel every day.

Great location at the beach. Well designed with enough space for all the guests to sit/relax/eat with sea view. Food is really good and affordable. theme nights, so you eat something different every day. Rooms are great, most have Seaview.

Honestly, nothing.

This may sound over the top, but it’s well deserved. The rooms, the grounds, the views, the facilities, the food - and especially the staff, are exceptional. Qunci Villas is a special place. If you’re fortunate enough to stay here, you’ll get to experience it.

Internet very bad, no TV , Air conditioning was warm not powerful enough for the size of the room , the welcoming fruit basket was not fresh at all and only one tooth brush on our arrival?

The property itself is perfect, however there isn’t much to do in Senggigi. You are sort of bound to the resort, which is fine for couples, but a bit boring with kids.

The grounds were always immaculate and the staff were amazing. The resort is stunning and sitting by the beach is perfect. The sunsets were amazing!
