No safe installed in room, however this was rectified the next day. Air conditioner is mounted facing away from bed which didn’t cool it down enough for me, and there are no fans. A light constant sewage smell from the drains in the bathroom. Wifi was pretty poor in room.

Close to beach and amenities. Great staff, happy to assist with needs. Even thought the place is quite run down on finishings, it was kept clean and tidy. Good food at the restaurant. Pool was clean

Old and run down however it must have been very beautiful years ago Not used to peeling paintwork could all need a good paint Rusted taps etc However we got used to it and was good value for money May upgrade to a newer hotel next trip Thankyou Hotel Paradiso for our introduction to Bali and it’s beautiful people!

The pool was really really average didn’t seem like it was operational and no one attending the swim up bar…also no 24hr food/room service

I changed rooms from an upstairs room “with view”. Bungalows downstairs far more inviting with nice little terrace area to sit in. Rooms could use a deep clean but otherwise, happy.

The staff were warm and welcoming and most accomodating to my request to change rooms. It’s value for dollar, central location so close to the beach. Comfy bed and aircon, pretty tranquil garden. Most definately request one of the bungalow rooms on ground level. I liked the traditional rustic Balinese vibe, zero bells and whistles…comfortable, I felt safe and secure.

Unfortunately my room did not look like what was advertised. While pleasant it did not meet expectation. However, the room was clean and it was okay for a two night stay. I will stay here again for sure but the room will have to meet the expectations generated by the pics on Booking.com.

We booked one Junior Suite and one Deluxe Suite. Neither of the suites had hand soap, Deluxe suite did not have hand towels, shower heads in both suites were with low pressure. When we asked the staff about hand towels and hand soap, they said that Deluxe Suite is not entitled to hand soap (Junior Suite did not have it either) and hand towels. We found this shockingly odd, because those are basic amenitiies in any two or theee star hotel basic rooms. The next day the shower head in Junior Suite was fixed, but not in Deluxe. Wifi was basically useless, it kept disconnecting and would not connect again. Even when connected briefly, it was barely possible to send messages. Deluxe suite has two small windows on upper part of the wall; too small to get enough daylight, which is not such a big issue, but they are not equipped with curtains or shades, so the light wakes you up early in the morning.

The hotel is situated about 5min walking distance to Seminyak beach. The Suites are overlooking nice, green lush garden. Staff are nice.

The furniture was pretty outdated and didn’t look like the photos. But the biggest issue was the strong smell that came from the bathroom air vent, which was suffocatingly bad. When I asked the guy about it, he said it’s lavender air freshener (which it most definitely was not!!). They really need to sort that out and then this place would be great.

The accommodation gardens and courtyards are beautiful and the pool is nice. It’s pretty good value for money and the location is excellent.

The bathroom really smelt unfortunately. There were a lot of ants inside the room. As we were located at the back of the property, the wifi wasn't the best. All minor things.

Room was big, nice and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. Was a really good location. Good value for money. Would stay again.
