Exceeded all my expectations, best villa by far I stayed in. Modern, large, stylish with excellent service from the staff and absolute privacy. On my list to come back

In an ideal world we would have liked the villa we booked but we were upgraded as the 3 bed was being renovated.

The welcome, even arriving late at night was so beautiful. The villa was kept spotlessly clean and we loved coming home to the beautifully smelling incense in the evening. The pool was big enough for lap swimming and kept so clean.

All was perfect.

Huge, however very beautiful and cozy villa. Interior is a kind of fusion of modern and local style. The swimming pool is quite big, clean and much comfortable with the terrace around it. You will have everything you need in the villa. Staff is very supportive and friendly, ready to provide anything you need. They also try to feel your mood, if this is the moment you want to talk, they are ready to communicate, otherwise you are left with your dreams 😀 . Breakfast is served at the villa, cooked specially for you with wide selection (continental, american, healthy, vegetarian, local, fruits, juice...). You can also select amy time for breakfast serving. And finally, we were provided with the free of charge transfer to the airport. Villa is located on the fenced street with other villas with security, just in front of Samasta area, where you will find few restaurants and shops (1 minute walk). Muaya Beach is at 10 minutes walk distance with many local Jimbaran restaurants. Beach is not much impacted by tides, as e.g. Nusa Dua is. You can swim the whole day and every day.

To be honest, there was nothing we didn't like. Even the stairs, (it's 4 levels including the entrance door floor), didn't bother us much, it was a good workout after all the big meals we were eating!

We booked a 4 bedroom villa and were allocated Villa Soma. I hadn't seen many photos of it, but it was fabulous. Plenty of space for the extended family, lots of different living areas (indoor and out) to relax and outdoor decks to take in the ocean view and surroundings. There were 2 pools, a small one on the 1st level where 2 bedrooms were located and another bigger infinity pool on the top 4th level with the other 2 bedrooms and lounge room. The kitchen and dining area was located on the 3rd level where they fed us a great breakfast every morning. The staff here really make this place special, nothing was too much trouble and honestly we felt we were spoilt rotten, they came by twice a day to clean and tidy up, they dried off the pool decking areas after we swam so it wouldn't be wet and slippery, and they even helped confirm our restaurant bookings when we couldn't get through. Thank you Anna, Eka and Aye and all the amazing staff! We hope to come back again soon.

The friendly staff elevated our experience ten fold. They were so friendly and accommodating and made our stay so comfortable. The villa itself was lovely and the kids had so much fun in the pool.

The villa is a little old (but very clean). Our villas has 4 rooms and the electricity in 1 of the rooms kept tripping but the staff were all very helpful in trying to solve the problem.

The villa was very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful! It’s a good place for big families or big group of friends. The villa is also located opposite samasta lifestyle village where there’s a few restaurants, really convenient if you wish to dine nearby.

There are some termite at one of our rooms, even we know it’s quite difficult to avoid, but still a little annoying.

Staff service and the facilities are all excellent. This is really suitable for like over 5 people’s group trip. It’s pricy and worth it!

property does not have central air-conditioning, the furniture is outdated and rooms need renovation. basics like hand wash liquid , Body wash liquid were missing in the room i stayed .

Mosquitoes and houseflies. Lots of it. We had breakfast at the dining table placed outside the porch and were joined by uninvited mosquitoes and houseflies. Were kept busy during breakfast as we had to keep on swatting the flies away from our breakfast. Not a lot of local warungs to try within walking distance. No minimarts or supermarket either.

Breakfast was good. Floating breakfast was amazing with great presentation. So while they generously gave us a 3 room villa though we booked a 2 room villa, we were not allowed to use the 3rd room. We were willing to use the 3rd room instead of the master room as we preferred to stay on the same level as we were a family. But they could not allowed us this flexibility. They decorated the master room beautifully with flowers n teddy bear for our anniversary celebration. Villa is clean and spacious, the house keepers are very polite and helpful. Told 1 of them that my daughter got bitten badly by mosquitoes and he immediately gave me a can of spray and lit the mosquito coils and placed outside the rooms. The outdoor bathtub was very big but offers little privacy. Mattresses and pillow were comfortable. Linens and towels looked well used but clean. Big love to the pool and sun beds. Water was warm in the early morning, perfect for morning dip and and lazy days. The location of the villa is rough oppt Movenpick and a handful of restaurants. So if you are not fussy about food, you can easily fill up your stomach.

Everything was amazing! The place itself, the pool, super friendly staff (both security and attending staff) and very clean as well. The property was well maintained and located well. We even got an upgrade, which was amazing.

Having to leave

The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help even setting up a group chat so we could communicate with them, get advice about activities, book activities, order taxis/ drivers etc… The Villa was huge and we loved stepping out of the bedroom and into the pool every morning. Lots of restaurants just across the road and lovely friendly staff at the gate to help us cross the busy road. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Also recommend having the breakfast at least one day.. you won’t be disappointed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Bali.

Nothing really, just needed some building maintenance for aesthetics here and there but didn't affect our stay.

We loved pretty much everything here. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. The villa was huge and spacious with multi levels of bedrooms and lounge areas. The beds were comfortable and had AC/fans for use. All modern amenities for use, showers and toilets to use everywhere. The pool was fabulous and refreshing with sunloungers to relax on. There were restaurants, minimarts, pharmacy, money exchangers all close by which was convenient. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

can’t fault it.

The vila is way better than the photos, so spacious, I felt like you could fit 100 people comfortably in there. it’s also right opposite a bunch of restaurants. the staff were very responsive and made a killer breakfast (highly recommend to pay extra for this).

Breakfast was prepared in the room daily. The Nasi goreng was bombs! Staff are all super friendly and helpful, very very accommodating. They always make sure that my baby's called by her name ❤️
