The music at the restaurant. Would have scored this place a 10 if the music at the restaurant wasn’t loud and banging! Nice chill background music would have been way better especially in Lembongan!

Beautiful small resort, 3 min walk to the beach. Lovely rooms and outdoor bathrooms. Lovely pools and gardens. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast could have been better. Location not great if you don’t ride a scooter. Not too much walkable. A couple of the staff could have been more helpful.

An absolute hidden gem in Mushroom Bay. 100 metres from the beach - just enough to escape the small crowds. The rooms were large and the beds were so big and comfortable. Our bathroom was under the stars and beautiful veranda in front. 30 steps will get you to the pool. The staff are wonderful and will do anything for you.

Nothing! Only that we could only stay one night! We had booked another property for the remainder of our stay in NL and I regret not staying at Palm Grove the whole time. We will be back.

The bungalows are so spacious and comfortable. I loved the little porches with the out door furniture. I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Wifi wasn’t great but that is very minimal thing to ask.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff! We were able to rent scooters through the stay for a good price and they helped booked taxis too. The pool area was very good also, cleaned daily and breakfast was delicious.

The Palm Grove Villas are a lovely place to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and nicely decorated. They have air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and bottled water every day. The gardens are pretty and well maintained and the pools are both great. We all enjoyed the great breakfasts and there were plenty of choices. We had a meal in the restaurant and it was very good. The staff were delightful.

My only suggestion would be to install ceiling fans on the front deck. They are lovely and would help to cool you down as well as keep flies and mosquitos away! Would make it more enjoyable as we loved our time sitting on the front deck.

Air con in the room wasn’t as cold as it should be. Small amount of rubbish in the grounds adjacent to our room, which could have easily been removed.

Room was spacious, clean and had plenty of storage space. Loved the outdoor bathroom. Excellent position - about 3 minutes walk down to the bay and several restaurants nearby. We were in a room next to the bigger pool and it was very handy to be able to move the 5 metres from our room to and from the pool recliner. Staff were great, particularly Suripita on reception who went out of his way to help us out when needed. Food at the resort was reasonable and the happy hour cocktails by the pool appreciated. The treatments we had at the spa were very good.

We had a wonderful stay at The Palm Grove. Perfectly positioned a 5-minute walk away from Mushroom Beach. Lovely room, great outdoor bathroom, decent aircon and ceiling fan, a lovely pool, and a good breakfast. Staff were great and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

There is nothing to not like about this property.

Staff were so lovely friendly and helpful. You could pay 450k rupiah and the manager would drive you around for the day - so convenient and easy. The grounds were stunning, two pools, great cocktails. The larger pool near reception was fantastic. Never crowded. The villas are so beautifully decorated and with outdoor bathroom.

Amazing staff, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Great breakfast, we loved how you can book scooters, snorkelling and many other activities direct from the hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
