On out first night the music from the nearby club was really annoying, not loud but still can bother you. We used ear plugs. The second night was better tho, it was friday night but no music from the club so im not sure why. Some areas in the villa needs to be updated and fixed. But the staff really make up for it. They are very lucky to have really nice and helpful staff. They are trying their best about the mosquitoes and the nets on the bed really helped.

Thank you to the amazing staff, very helpful very kind, very accommodating. They allowed us for a late check out which really helped us to pack and enjoy the last day at the villa. The breakfast served every morning was really good too. The location is amazing, near to a lot of restaurants, shops, massage spa, and a minimart just across the street, also there a nearby atm.

During the Friday and Saturday that we were there, there was loud music coming from this rooftop Shisha Bar like 50metres away. They played all the way up to 11pm and it sounds as if the speakers were in our bedroom

The place is very good considering how cheap it is. It does feel a bit older, but not everything has to be brand new. The staff are very helpful, our checkout was at midday but our flights were at 11pm and the staff let us keep our bags at the front desk, but the great part was that they opened up an empty suite for us to have a shower before we headed off to the airport after a long day of shopping.

There is nothing not to like, it’s a piece of paradise. Yes there is local noise with a ridiculous club plying music but bring ear plugs and support a local business.

The freezer was so full of ice that I couldn't fit anything into it. No one had hit the defrost button in probably a LONG while. I ended up having to turn off the fridge so it could thaw out. Not a big deal in the scheme of things. Other thing was the villa definitely needed maintenance and repairs - nothing that affected my stay - ceiling outside in the bathroom area was peeling badly and a cupboard in the kitchen was broke, but again not a big deal and it was still a wonderful stay.

The staff were amazing and very helpful with my requests. The location is awesome and very handy to some of my favourite restaurants. Loved my private pool. Lots of sun!

The outdoor shower and bath in my property, were pretty awful. The outdoor shower pretty much felt like I was bathing with a hose. There were a bunch of small pebbles in there as decor also, which made it incredibly uncomfortable to stand on. The ‘American breakfast’ was a slice of toast, 2 eggs and 1/2 a rasher of beacon. In my opinion, the breakfast was just not worth it at all and very basic. Better spending your money elsewhere or cooking your own. My partner and I opted to not even have it some days, despite paying for it. Also, no room service or restaurant which is a shame. The positioning of the air conditioner in the room was also poorly placed. Whilst it was functional, it could have chilled the room better, if it was placed in a different location.

It was very cosy and nice, the design of the place was very beautiful. Staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Location is amazing if you’re looking at staying somewhere that is a decent but cheap villa inside of Seminyak. I would definitely recommend coming here and would return again.

The curtains desperately needed replacing in our room. While the cream colour looks lovely and airy, they don't block out any light, and we were finding our room "rather bright" at 6am 🙄 Also some of the linen (sheets/towels) were looking a bit ragged. Luckily we also read other reviews, so we knew there was some music noise from nearby nightclubs etc. We actually found it quite good though in the even8ng swimming in the pool with some good background music. Though at 2am in the morning trying to sleep, some earplugs may be nessasary.

The breakfast brought to the villa every morning was amazing. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Our villa was huge! And the pool was perfect (though I think it had a slow leak, but was kept topped up with a hose). The open air bathroom was good and the water pressure and temperature were always good in the shower. Having the outdoor kitchen was also great, especially the full size fridge! Though it would have been nice to have a TV in the outdoor lounge area. Mozzie coils were usually lit each night too in the outdoor areas, though we never really noticed a problem with them (as they do a treatment once a week down the side of the property) Loved that we were close to great restaurants and entertainment if we wanted to find different food options. Even a nice massage/beauty place opposite. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful base for our holiday in Bali. Great location in upper Seminyak close to great restaurants, massages and coffee. Private, comfortable and lovely staff. A quick ride to beaches and beach clubs.
