Really, nothing! We stayed only one night passing through last minute - we wished we could have stayed longer.

Oh the courtyard pool is so lovely and peaceful and the villa is very comfortable. The staff were lovely and so helpful!

When we checked-in we didn’t receive any information about breakfest. Next morning, when I texted to host’s representative it appeared that he intended to come in and cook breakfest for us. We refused and were ready to cook breakfest ourselves. Breakfest supplies were rather ascetic - 6 eggs, amout later decreased to five (for three adults), tomatoe and toast for each. At the check-out morning we had a question whether we want breakfest. Communication with Alibaba was least to say werid. It wasn’t possible to arrange some things, althiugh I have to admit he tried. He offered us super expensive one day boat trip and wanted to come with us. He was polite but akward to my perception. We asked to turn on water pump for the pool, which for short time was done, otherwise water seemed to require attention. Two days after check-out I got request from Alibaba suggesting to write a good review on our stay. In a female company I guess I would feel werid.

The property is really nice, in a walkable distance from harbour. In front of the building you can use laundry service which is nice. The place is rather quite, you can hear party sounds coming from the beach side but it didn’t disturb us. The other guy (not Alibaba) was very constructive and helpful in place, cleaned the property when we asked, helped us to take our luggage to the harbour without asking, helped us to open the gate when we had our shopping bags. He seemed to be professional and not intrusive.

Both the outdoor showers were a bit dodgy and could use maintenance, very pretty though. The mosque is close by and play prayers very loudly throughout the day. Almost the entire day on their religious holidays. But you can hear them through the whole island not just the villa. We got used to it but probably not ideal if you have young kids that nap during the day.

Villa was beautiful and in a great location, easy to find just off the Main Street 6 minutes from the docks. Garden and pool were beautiful, full of pretty wildlife. We even encountered a crab by the pool on a rainy night. Full island experience. Staff were amazing and friendly.

Alibaba and Mohammed were very welcoming and were always on hand to assist. No ask was too big or too small. They even made our breakfast in the villa. Having your own pool to relax after a long day is a bonus. They are Ideally located close enough to walk to the restaurants but far enough not to be bothered by the night life.

Only advice is not to cut and paste property address from booking.com to Google maps, we ended up waking a 15 mins away from property and then had to go back. I would suggest adding Adanda private Villa and easily found this way.

Size, friendly attentive staff and location. Pool was lovely and gazebo offered some respite from the sun.

The villa is in need of some repairs and updates. Mosque calls to prayer over speakers in early morning may bother some but we didn’t mind at all.

Very comfortable and clean villa, a quiet oasis from the craziness of the bars and restaurants. Ali Baba and staff were super friendly, accommodating and helpful, always responsive. Having breakfast prepared for us was lovely and the pancakes and mie goreng were delicious! Fantastic location, very central yet quiet.

Irfan and his brother Ali were extremely helpful and always available and went above and beyond to assist us. We will be always grateful for the warm hospitality.. breakfast each morning was a huge treat. The villa was outstanding and super clean. Irfan and Ali assisted with booking trips, they were extremely courteous, kind and caring. I commend them as being a single lo mum traveller with kids they really went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and felt safe and looked after at all times. Highly recommend x

Great location easy to get to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was amazing in the morning made by the brothers at a time that suited you. The pool and garden was brilliant our children loved it. Felt very safe and looked after.

The bathroom fixtures are a bit outdated and need some renovation.

Very good location: quiet place, close to the main road with restaurants and other entertainment. Very spacious villa, especially the living room. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is okay, we didn’t cook much, but you can cook something simple. Large pool, warm all the time, and in the afternoon it is in the shade. The air conditioners are quite powerful for this spacious villa. Communication with the host was very comfortable and friendly, he was in touch all the time. He helped us with our heavy luggage and was ready to help with all our requests.

The location is great if you have been to Gilli before, but it can be a little hard to find if you havent been and are not familiar with the island. The residence is also right next to the Mosque so this can be quite loud if you are not used to it. This location is not very suitable for suitcases are you must go over a rocky road. (We had backpacks so this was not an issue)

The breakfast was cooked for us by a local in our kitchen, the food was a very high standard. The owner even let us borrow bikes to get around the island which was fantastic as we didnt have to haggle anyone on the street.

The two brothers that rented out this villa were so nice. If we had any sort of problem we could just text them and they responded after 2 minutes every time. The villa was AMAZING, and the location is perfect. 1 minute down to the Main Street and party street.

Great property! Lovely and extremely helpful hosts. Super clean and very roomy villa - 2 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large dining/living/kitchen. Love love loved the pool! Bike rental right outside your doorstep. We also went on an amazing snorkeling tour recommended and organised by the hosts.
