It was absolutely beautiful accommodation in an idyllic location overlooking farms and water. The breakfast was wonderful, so many homemade delights and eggs from the farm’s chooks.

Everything was amazing. The rooms were so clean and comfy. Is so magic when you wake up in the morning and have the lake, sheeps and donkeys. They serve the breakfast in the time you choose and there is different options to choose from. The bread and scones were handmade. The lady who take care of us was so kind. Incredible!!

Everything was perfection!

Niamh made everything welcoming and delightful! Afternoon tea was brilliant! Breakfast, amazing. And the view? So beautiful, peaceful, serene; like a retreat with no noise but the sheep in the pasture away from us. Beautiful drives and amazing sights at St Kevin's monastery and Glendalough!

Couldn’t be anymore perfect.

I love this place. It’s a dream holiday stay if you enjoy countryside. They have a lovely view of Wicklow mountain and water reservoir. Breakfast is perfect. The host is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend to everyone one visit Ireland to stay here. Room is cosy warm and clean. I enjoyed a morning walk to the water, the meadow is beautiful.

The bathroom was a little small but pretty standard for B&Bs

Wonderful property, great area to enjoy afternoon walk on their farm. The beds were great and rooms private and quiet. The included breakfast was the best of any of the cottages we stayed at. Owners friendly and engaging.

Great location, great views, great breakfast. This is the sort of B&B that one hopes to encounter, but doesn't very often. We had only a short time at Blessington lakes but will return, and when we do we'll try for the same accommodation again

Beautifully refurbished, with a wonderful view across the lake from our bedroom window. Niamh is a wonderful host, who was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful breakfasts, and Niamh’s baking is absolutely amazing. A wonderful rural idyll. Only stayed two nights, but wish we could have stayed longer.

There was nothing that did not meet our expectations.

Niamh was an attentive and gracious hostess and the breakfasts, cooked to order and at the time we chose, were exceptional. The scenery was beautiful and we were welcome to walk around and enjoy the animals and paths on the Farm. Niamh gave us local tips on where to go and where to find certain things we needed in town, which set us up for a very lovely stay of 4 nights. We will remember the Farmhouse if we are back in this part of the world!

Nothing the owner has thought of every little thing to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Stunning location. Beautifully decorated old farmhouse. Our room was lovely with gorgeous views. The owner is delightful and she has literally thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. There’s a fridge and wine glasses in the room Which is great as the property is remote and too need a car.

A beautiful location overlooking the lake and rolling hills. Niamh was a welcoming host with home baked cake to enjoy with a cup of tea. Arrive with time to take in a walk to the lake - nice way to finish the day. Recommend a short drive to Hollywood Inn to have dinner - fish and chips were delicious.

Was miles and miles into a long stretch of winding roads deep into the country, far from attractions I had scheduled. But we managed and the house and view made it very worthwhile.

This booking is absolutely stunning. Out of all the places I’ve stayed in my 5 trips to Ireland, this view might be the very best. Breathtaking! Farm animals, a loop walk to the lake, the Wicklow Mountains…really incredible. The host was lovely and attentive, the house gorgeous, an original Irish cottage completely refurbished so elegantly.
