Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I paid my bill when i was leaving the hotel 671.70 with my card Then a new bill apeared on my bank for 576.65 this is still pending I phoned hotel accounts 4 times voice mail saying leave a message and i will phone you back but they neve phoned me back Spoke to reception re the same they said they would look into it and get back to me but the never phoned me back

The food in the restaurant was only ok. The risotto was gloopy. Much of the bread rolls for breakfast were stale. The coffee undrinkable.
The room was really comfy and clean but only 2 glasses and water for 4 guests

The room was small for 2 adults 2 child and a baby especially for a cot, the furniture needs attention, the window was all mould from condensation in the morning.

I love a nice bath and there were none in the room - saying that makes me sound like a complete snob, but this website insists on giving negative feedback as well as positive... so I had to come up with something!
I went here to visit with a few friends over dinner and we really enjoyed ourselves - I organised the gathering so I got the feedback and there was thumbs up from everybody! The rooms were top notch too, hopefully we will get to go there again!

Long waiting time to be served in the Saturday night. We had a room over the gym which was lovely but you can hear the noise from the gym which was not good.

There was a lot of noise coming from the room across the hall from me, but the manager had been called and they quietened down eventually. Hard to concentrate when I needed to get work done.

In the bathroom you were too far back from the mirror and the lighting not great when trying to apply makeup. The bar was small and very cold, we ordered a meal and had people queuing either side of us getting drinks whilst we were trying to eat. We sat for 20min after finishing our meal for staff to clear our plates or see if we wanted dessert and no staff came during the meal to ask was everything ok or if we needed anything else. So we got up paid and left.
Good selection for breakfast. The bedroom was spacious and warm and you were able to adjust the heating yourself which is a plus. Bathroom was a good size with a double shower.

The only bad thing we had was table service for ours drinks took ages even when it wasn't busy but loads of staff were working

No vegetables were available for breakfast. Bus connection to city center and train station is a very simple but at the same time have delays 20-30 minutes.

My room was very warm and I couldn't seem to adjust the temperature to something more suitable . This meant I didn't get a great nights sleep .
The food quality in the hotel restaurant is off the scale good. This is the fourth time I have stated in this hotel and the food never disappoints. The leisure centre attached to the hotel with its own sauna is also top notch.

Hadn't quite factored in the distance from town, so we stayed at the hotel bar. Not really the fault of the hotel.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom looked excellent and the shower was amazing. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Checkout was 12pm which was excellent. Had a lovely free swim following checkout.

The room was freezing when we arrived and was cold for hours. Then the next day the room was way to warm. Room temperatures not great.
