Microwave should be provided at a common location rather then asking kitchen staff to heat your food.

Walls are pretty thin so could hear the neighbouring rooms and foot traffic in the corridor until late at night.

It was clean and sufficient for the overnight stay

The thing I liked most about this hotel was the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the place and the amazing location. Very good value for money, and great service, although my room was a tiny bit smaller than I had expected and the bed was not very comfortable. Other than that, I had a really nice couple of days here while exploring Dingle!

It's clean but it is also quite old and probably due for a renovation. Also no elevator so need to carry heavy bags up and down stairs but this seems to be normal for Ireland. I would recommend they at least install a small baggage elevator for guests if they are not going to offer assistance to take bags to room

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the town. Just 5 minute walk. Ample parking was available as well. Room and beds were comfy.

The mattresses had no support and sometimes the base of the bed would slide apart when you moved around.

This is silly, but the front door was ridiculous. It was small, hard to open and very difficult to get through. It made the very first and very last impression of the hotel bad.

The room was cute. We had a view of the harbor which I think made all the difference.

Windows may need update as some water leaked in...in fairness it was raining very heavy and also it was only small and there was no smell or feeling of mold or any such like so it wasn't a big deal.

Staff were so lovely, and really helpful. Room was spotlessly clean, bed super comfy and room temp perfect, warm earlier when wanted but cooler at night.
