My only small issue is the shower seemed to fill up very quickly as though the drain was blocked so I was afraid of flooding the bathroom if I took too long! But that was a small thing, everything else was great.

Stayed here for a wedding and it was lovely. Room was pretty spacious and the bed was massive and really comfy. The bathroom was nice and modern and had all the basics you'd need. Staff that we spoke to were all helpful and breakfast in the morning was lovely.

I was disappointed when we asked for 30 minutes extra in the room and it would have cost €20 and I thought that a little mean, especially in Ireland and I, realise they needed to get the rooms ready for the next bookings but 30 minutes grace is normal in most resorts. That seemed to take the shine off what was otherwise a very pleasant experience.

Food was excellent Breakfast, Dinner at Wedding. The hotel seems like it has been refurbished and it is a good standard.

Issue at check in, although resolved it caused annoyance and ruined our experience. Compensation of gift voucher from reception was an appreciated apology however in a hotel of this ‘prestige’ and price per room, the initial management of situation was very upsetting and disappointing. We stayed here because it was the place of a family wedding but we would never pay €185 to stay in this hotel again for holiday/leisure.

Clean. Rooms easily accessible from wedding venue. Leisure center fully operational. Late breakfast. Nice lounge areas.

Was disappointed that there was a male member of staff in the restaurant who wore no mask at all- didn’t serve us but moved about the space constantly unmasked throughout the evening - only down side of our stay!!

The bed was very comfortable which is important if you are elderly the room was clean.

The hotel is outdated. The rooms tv for example is old, the kettle is super old and needs updating. The rooms double bed was small, not large as you’d expect. The leisure centre needs updating, for example the toilets are disgusting and smell badly, the toilets aren’t properly cleaned at all. There are spiders nests near the tables close to the front door and the on-site bar closes at 11pm which is rather early. Above all, this hotel has a certain standard to uphold especially in reflection of the high price. And in this specific location, I feel like they’ve letting it slip. It was a pleasant experience but I won’t be back,

It was obviously luxurious, on site restaurant/bar was good and the food was great. It was expensive but that’s expected. Fairly limited selection of liquor, for example only one type of dark rum available. The shower in my room was a great size, big enough for 2 people anyway. Room was a fair size. The Leisure centre is decent, large pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi.
