Stayed in the family suite it’s newly renovated and they did a fabulous job. Pool, lovely breakfast unlimited pancakes for the kids! Happy days

Beds close together. No air con - room felt stuffy. Configuration of the hotels is strange. The lifts are in odd places.

The location was ok. About 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Eileen and Jon in the bar were amazing.

The breakfast was only lukewarm it was good quality food but disappointing that it was not piping hot as it should be. The cold buffet was lacking also there was no selection of pastries just small croissants and there was no yogurt available on the second morning of our stay. Also the pool in this hotel needs to be upgraded and refurbished lots of cracked tiles and a bit grubby.

The room we had was fantastic it was a suite, very comfortable beds, plenty towels and luxurious shower, 2 huge flatscreen television’s, kitchen area was handy as we were traveling with children. Very comfortable room with no corridor noise whatsoever, we all had a great sleep.

The long corridors to get to your room. It's like a maze. Gets tiresome in the end.

Our rooms were a long way from the reception area, which isn’t a bit deal. But we couldn’t use another entry point, from the parking lot, to bring in our large bags and that was a surprise.

The breakfast provided several options. The staff was friendly.

We were disappointed that there was no options for food after 10pm. The only offer was unhealthy vending machines !!!!

Unfortunately food and drinks were not really to our taste. Would rate food as 5 out of 10. This includes dinner meals at restaurant and the breakfast buffet. Regarding drinks- tried several cocktails which tasted completely different to what they should, would rate cocktails as 3 out of 10.

Loved all the renovations. Everything new and clean . Lovely design.

Bit noisy one of the mornings, construction work ongoing at the time we stayed.

Really lovely soft play area, with a bouncing castle for our children to play in. Food wad good, friendly pleasant staff. Live music the night we stayed, good atmosphere in the hotel. 😄

It was our second time staying in the hotel. We came back again to celebrate birthday. Receptionist was helpful in getting our room ready when we arrived earlier than check in time. Hotel was clean and after recent modernisation. We have received nice surprise from the hotel management in form of Birthday card and a drink token which was unexpected and really nice gesture. Breakfast was extensive from cereals to cooked meal. The only small minus that the chafing dish didn't keep the cooked food warm- however there is an option to order from the b. menu. Live music in the bar and really friendly staff there. Lovely hotel for family stay. Amenities such as pool, playroom for kids. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Through no fault of the staff we had very little sleep due to noise in the corridor, with banging doors screaming shouting and knocking on our door. At 1.30 am I rang reception and they managed to quieten the really inconsiderate guests, I spoke to another lady at breakfast who had the same problem and she was on a different floor. We were going to get up and drive home at 1.30 we had had enough….. I understand you can’t control who stays but these particular people you would know to be loud, more care should be made to make sure they don’t effect other guests stays again. Also the pancake machine is very slow and lines were very big, maybe fresh pancakes by a chef would be better on days the hotel is busy.

The hotel is lovely and perfectly situated, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was lovely, great selection of gluten free, dinner was good but a little pricey for the quality of food. Staff are polite and friendly.

Great hotel for young kids, facilities are excellent to entertain little ones and staff are really brilliant. Rooms have had a refurb, breakfast was super, free electric car charging at min, busy hotel with good atmosphere. Bar food is priced typical of this area, a little on the high side but overall the value for money and service was excellent.

The breakfasts could be better, for me there was no logic in how it was organized, a lot of everything but it was unable to find something usual and simple. The concept of ordering something from the kitchen did not work as well.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel has quite a big parking. The location of the hotel is ideal for Ring of Kerry and especially for Killarney National Park.

Room was warm though opened the window all night and even closed the heating panel. The rooms are not very sound proof as I can hear noises at night

Very friendly staff and loads to do for my daughter, Breakfast was amazing with a great choice of food , not only buffet but additional menu to order from. My daughter loved the pancake machine 🙂 Great place to take kids and keep them occupied.
