We would have thought that there should have been 2 pillows each on the bed when checking in. Instead of 1 pillow each. At least there were 2 spare in wardrobe.

I liked that the heater was on in the room when we checked in. So the room was cosy on arrival. Nice view from room.

The only thing I can fault them on is patches of carpet in the room were worn and outdated but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was second to none, absolutely great set up and because of covid we were able to bring it back to our room. I thought this was such a great idea, parents and kids were so much more relaxed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location is great, short taxi drive to killarney, our room was beautiful with 2 double beds. The view from our bedroom window of the lake and mountains was amazing.

Food was superb for breakfast and dinner. Location was perfect, beautiful scenery, close to national park and gap of dunloe for sight seeing and not in the centre of town with all the noise and hussle if busy streets. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Breakfast was great but the staff served the hot breakfast too fast. On the three mornings our hot food arrived before we had started our cereals and ended up going cold. It is a small point but worth noting. Bar food was also good except for wrap which was not well cooked.

The room was spacious and well presented. The beds were top class and we had a most comfortable sleep. Shower had great water flow and pressure.. We had a beautiful view of the mountains with room to the front of the hotel. We found the stay excellent value for money and look forward to returning. Staff were welcoming, efficient and fully adhered to Covid protocols.
