Water pressure in shower could be stronger. Down pillows are not our favorite.

Rooms were modern and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Very close proximity to everything in town. Good option for breakfast.

Very noisy from bus station and building site. Very difficult to find by car as a one way system . Note Must offload suitcases outside hotel first and then park car in multi storey car park otherwise long way to trundle them

Room was comfortable and clean. Convenient position for centre of Galway

Nothing specific. Housekeeping staff are obviously very busy as did not get to service the room until late afternoon

Great location, very central and easy to walk around. Restaurant was good.

The twin rooms could use a bit of a refresh. They're clean and perfectly decent, and I liked that it had a bathtub instead of a more modern shower stall, but the carpets are a bit worn out

The location next to the train station can't be beat. It's very easy to get in and out of town with heavy bags. The hot breakfast was also really good and definitely worth getting

The only issue was that there was no parking in front of the hotel so the staff recommended the park and pay station where the hotel offered a discount. We lugged our cases from the multistory park and pay station a few streets away. The parking station was partially locked up when we arrived in the evening so we had to use the fire stairs which was not very convenient with large cases on a long holiday.

Good location for walking to cafes and pubs for meals. The hotel breakfast was nice, staff friendly, and rooms tasteful.

Registration was not good and communication on how car parking and dropping off luggage was not clear. The opaque bathroom door that doesn’t lock is a strange set up. The shower was good but I’d like a shower head that can be detached, height adjusted.

The location was excellent. The lounge areas were comfortable and clean
