Small things…Shower needs some attention (lose cable), Netflix didn’t connect. V basic soap quality

Great location only 5 mins to the beach & Dizengoff. Road is quiet as closed currently to traffic. Penthouse has enormous terrace on both sides, 2 single sofa beds & 2 toilets. Nice retro decor.

Can’t complain about anything! The elevator stopped in between floors so had to carry our luggage down/up a flight of stairs, minor inconvenience.

The place is now in the midst of construction but for me it didn't matter as it didn't affect me as I was familiar with the neighborhood from my previous visit.

The place is ideally located and can be well accessed from the beach and also towards the city center. You can get a taxi easily, though now some work is going on which might last another two years. But is definitely a peaceful neighborhood and has some good restaurant options.

Spacious room with kitchen unit in music-themed apartment building right in the middle of TLV‘s bar/restaurant district. Helpful staff that’s available 24/7 and responds quickly to any whatsapp message.

Very central location. Just a few minutes from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. The apartment was clean and very cosy. In the first week of June, there was no any issue because of the constructions. If there was any noice, we could not hear anything with closed window.

Wardrobe in bedroom had a bad smell. Fridge had freezing issues. Could use an update on appliances. A Nespresso machine could have been useful.

Super friendly staff. Excellent, safe and central location, close to the beach and to bars and cafes. Apartment was super comfortable and big. Great atmosphere. Central AC and good shower. Quiet building.

just in front of the construction site. you can’t park next to the place. the apartments are positioned as a four star property, but don”t expect anything beyond basic. There was no switch for bedside lamps, there was no walk in shower, the beds are narrow. The view from the room… well, there was no view. There was a step on the way to the bedroom. don’t think it’s safe.

very centrally located, we got a free upgrade, free sweets, everything is very clean, super friendly reception. Just ok for a night or two if the price is right.

We’ve been there between 11 and 18 March, 2023, room 12, in front of the street. Simple yet clean and comfortable apartment, if it wasn’t for the noise. Partially due to internal causes: balconies have some metal parts, and this makes them noisy when it rains. In addition, windows do not close perfectly and let some open space. But the worst, that is not their fault, were the roadworks in Ben Yehuda str. They went on all the week, every single night except Friday and Saturday, all over the night (with a break between 00:30 and 4 a.m.). It was really a nightmare, and our ear plugs were not enough… So I strongly suggest to take in consideration this solution but ONLY after being ensured that roadworks have been completed.

No any ventilation above the stove we couldn’t cook something like fish or meat avoiding strong smell at the apparent. but it wasn’t a big issue. it was a lot of reconstruction at surrounding buildings which makes a lot of noise…

Nice and clean apartment much bigger then you will have at the hotel paying the same price. everything is here even cookware kettle, microwave,small electric stove. important thing that apartment has exceptional soundproofed windows with black out option.You will sleep well 😴
