„Boutique“ hotel is an exaggeration. Rooms very simple equipped. Breakfast every day the same. Service personell barely spoke English apart from one. Only superficially clean, as long as you don’t check the corners. Did not accept Amex card.

For Israeli comparison affordable.

Location in the city - Netanya is one HUGE one way maze with parking spots issues, so if you don't find you parking spot in the street where hotel is, get ready to be circling around the neigbourghood's one way roads. Bus station is quite near, train station is 1,5 km walking away from the hotel, but the bus from the hotel goes there. Otherwise it is a nice place.

The main window does not open. Hence, air conditioning is required all the time. Hotel does not provide parking.

The breakfast was not a buffet and was the same every day. I would have appreciated something homemade (aside from the omelet, which was not made to order) and some hard cheeses. There is no hotel parking. There is also no shampoo in the bathroom.

The location of the boutique hotel was great, and it was nice that breakfast was provided. The room was surprisingly spacious for being the smallest option available, and the mini-fridge was a very nice size.

We wish there would have been a better choice of a room with a larger bed on offer, given that we booked a few weeks in advance.

The staff were friendly and helped us ensure we had everything we needed. The room was nice and well maintained but didn't blow us away with extra amenities or add-ons. While we didn't take advantage of the breakfast, it looked good. The location was great, a quick walk (5-10 minutes) to Independence Square and easy highway access by car to drive around the area/country.

They never cleaned the room or the bathroom, the breakfast is raeally not good. I have forgotten a pair of shoes, and after the check out i went back to the hotel to get them, and they were already gone! Someone stole them. I tried looking for them but they weren't anywhere.

There was no soap to wash my hands, no shampoo in the shower, only a shower gel, and I had none with me as one can't take liquids in a carry on suitcase and my luggage had not arrived at the same time as I did!

The breakfast was lovely. The server prepared a lovely coffee with hot milk for me. The food was delicious, the bagel was awesome!

This property is unacceptable. we could not and did not stay there. The one positive is that the desk clerk did agree to cancel without penalty once we arrived and took a look at the facilities. I don not believe most people would be comfortable staying here.

The only light in the room was one 40watt wall bracket. Shower room very small, the space next to sink had hardly room for toothbrushes and toothpaste. No hooks to hang anything up. Two hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people. One small window that could be opened for fresh air. We could have ridden the elevator, but we prefer stairs - but there is no light on the stairs (we asked). This was our second stay there - we returned because we had good memories, but were disappointed that the so-called renovations weren't up to par.

Room was a good size. Breakfast was very adequate. Staff were kind and helpful. A/C worked well. Fridge a good size and tea/coffee corner good. Black out curtains good. Toilet paper dispenser instead of rolls very good. Location is very good being a short walk to the sea front from one direction, and to the town center from the other.

Staff doesn't seemed imterested into bussiness amd helping mucj. Lack of English knowledge (except 1 person i 5 days stay). Very noisy airco. Toilet leaked in the bathroom.

Location. Breakfast is ok if you stay day-two, as repeats the same every day. Spacious room.
