The food price for breakfast and dinner is a bit too much over priced with what they serves 28$ for breakfast? And 45$ for dinner for limited food selection… I mean 15$ for breakfast 25$ for dinner I might consider dine in every other day But I rather pay cheaper eat out more

Everything works as it should Staff are helpful and friendly

The hotel is tired, some of the fixtures and fittings could do with updating and personally I would much prefer hard floors that can be cleaned rather than dark patterned, slightly sticky carpets :-(

This is a friendly hotel in a great location, good Israeli buffet breakfast and comfortable rooms. The staff were really helpful and our overall experience was good

I flew overnight to Israel but had booked three nights in the hotel so that I could go to my room as soon as I arrived early in the morning. I emailed the day that I flew and was due to check in to let the hotel know that I would arrive until early the following morning due to flying overnight. I received a reply stating that my room was guaranteed. When I arrived at the hotel in the morning, I was informed that my room had been given away because I hadn't arrived the previous day. I was unable to talk to a manager immediately. This was extremely poor. The pool was a little small in length although this is only really an issue if you're a keen swimmer. The safe in the room had to be paid for. The room was basic with very little storage space. The breakfast was basic and did not have a huge selection. The hotel was slightly further away from the main strip of hotels on HaYarkon street. Therefore, it took a little longer to get to places.

The room was a reasonable size and the bed was very comfy. One of the lifeguards by the swimming pool was very friendly. The bathroom was very clean and use of the fridge in the room was helpful to keep things cold. The issue with my room was resolved fairly quickly and I didn't have to pay for the full stay as a result. The hotel was easy to get around.

    1. Pool - very small . Good for kids but not for someone who wants to swim. 2. Breakfast - it's the height of summer with vast amounts and types of great summer fruit available BUT there were only whole apples and pears at the breakfast.

The hotel is close to the beach and a variety of restaurants. If its your thing, it is also next to the sex separate beach - alternate days men/women. Also close to the Tel-Aviv port which is popping at night.

Room was very small -- a family room very tight for 3 people. Also, while the front desk staff was pleasant, they seemed unable to help us with small things we would expect from a hotel in that price range (e.g. inability to change large currency bills for small needs like tips, inability to order us a taxi).

Breakfast is outstanding! Rooftop pool is lovely.

The mattress was old and the bed was narrow. When I checked in after a long flight and two long days of traveling they couldn't find my reservation at first. I felt a bit constrained from asking for directions to a pharmacy, laundromat or eating place in part because I don't know the language and I sometimes have a hard time with the accents. Sometimes late at night it got noisy.

The breakfast was good and nutritious. The location was great. Was able to walk to the center of town. Got to know a little bit about how to find my way in Tel Aviv. .

    BAD EXPERIENCE

We expecting to check-in at 15:00 as written in the booking, However, we had to wait for two hours to receive our room, which was a frustrating experience. Upon entering the room, we realized that there was no connection door between the rooms, which was a significant inconvenience for us as we were traveling with our family. We immediately contacted the front desk, and after negotiating with them, they were able to find two smaller rooms that had a connecting door. However, these rooms were not spacious enough to accommodate a third bed, so we had to compromise and put a mattress on the floor. To our dismay, the rooms were not clean and had a musty smell. The bathroom had hair on the floor, and the sheets had stains on them. We immediately contacted housekeeping, and they came to clean the room. However, the cleaning was not thorough, and the room still had some unpleasant odor. Furthermore, the air conditioning was noisy, making it difficult for us to sleep at night. We were also disappointed with the pool, which was small and not well-maintained. The water was murky, and there were leaves floating on the surface. The pool area was also dirty, and there were no towels available. Overall, our stay at this hotel was disappointing, and we did not receive the quality of service we had expected. We made several complaints to the hotel staff, but they could not address our concerns effectively. We were left with no other option but to endure an uncomfortable stay. We do not plan to return to this hotel in the future.

Experience the best of both worlds, where the beach and restaurant are just a short stroll away. This location offers convenience and easy access to everything you need for a perfect day out.

It came as a nice surprise that I had a bathtub. The view from the 10th floor was great. Three lifts including a Shabbat lift. Facilies were all I could ask for. My room was spacious and bright. Top cleanliness. Very convinient location - close to the the restaurants and shops, and obviously the beach. Excellent value for the money. Will definitely go back the next time I visit Tel Aviv.
