Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BahrainThe concierge in reception was so very helpful, as we were struggling to make an online payment for a fine we had been given in Jerusalem earlier in the day. It had put a real dampener on our day, which was my husband's birthday and supposed to be a happy day, and we were worried that we might not be allowed to leave the country if it wasn't paid. We didn't understand Hebrew and the website was not in English. We were panicking, but the concierge sat down and went through the whole process with us, so we got it paid and were able to enjoy the rest of the day. He saved the day!

United States of AmericaIf you're ok with a noisy environment, this is the place for you. After a few nights, we got used to it, and it didn't bother us anymore. If you don't mind the noise, it is, after all, the middle of Tel Aviv, then this place is for you.
Friendly staff, prime location. Very comfortable beds and just overall a good experience. All our needs we're met.

Amazing location: a 100 m from Jerusalem beach. Bus #4 stops right outside the hotel and takes you to and from the Ha'Hagana train station. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Nice kitchenette. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Money change office just around the corner.

HungaryOur room was on the ground floor and faced the street. Since the place is really close to a beach (like 30 steps), you can (unfortunately) hear some people "enjoying" their vacation a bit too loud at night when you're trying to sleep. Maybe a bit better noise isolation on the windows would help — but it's nothing unbearable. Also, a minor inconvenience was the bathroom door which opened into the bathroom. Since the bathroom was pretty narrow, it made it hard to actually get insde the bathroom without stepping into the shower. Again, it wasn't a huge deal for us but it might be worth mentioning.
Overall, we loved the hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful and nice, they made checking in and out really quick. They speak fluent English which was a huge help. Our room was spotlessly clean every day we came back from the city. Pictures of the rooms are accurate, you get what you pay for. Our room felt a bit small but it was perfect for the price — other hotels in the area ask twice as much for the same room. The bed was perfectly comfortable and the furniture was in good shape. Although they did not offer breakfasts, the area is full of amazing restaurants that are usually open every day, even on holidays: we went during Passover which overlapped with Easter and Ramadan and even this way we found a great place to grab breakfast and coffee every day during our stay. Same is true in case of 24/7 shops. If you're looking for a great hotel where you can sleep during your stay in Tel-Aviv and you want to focus on exploring the city, I can recommend confidently recommend the hotel, we had an amazing time.
