The only thing to take in mind is that the hotel is very close to the street, on the weekends it tends to be very vivid, nothing that good ear plugs can't fix :-)

This is our second stay at this wonderful hotel, we love it and sure to come back again. The location is perfect, close to the beach, 2 minutes walk from rotchild avenue, restaurants all over the place, good vibes everywhere..the room is simple but offers a comfortable bed, excellent shower and plenty of light. Everything was sparkling clean. The room doesn't offer a kitchenette but you have everything you need in each floor public area, a refrigerator,coffe machine, kettle, microwave and a nice place to seat ,soffas,dining table and more ..

Parking. More information should be provided. We rented a large 7 seat SUV and it was too long for the gated secured parking spot we had rented next to the hotel. The overflow spots required a smaller car to get thru the alleyway to park and it was stressful to deal with contingencies solely over whatsapp. Large SUV's should be discouraged or information about local parking options should be made available.

Felt like we were transported into old Tel Aviv. The old house bones were preserved including the high vaulted ceilings and the communal spaces. One felt the presence of the house's history from back in the day and yet the amenities were all modern and functional. Location was incredible. Half a block from the walking path, two blocks from shopping, coffee on the corner, restaurants around, shul across the street if you are into that, walking distance to the beach. Wow.

My room was small, but it was ok because I spent time in the shared living room and kitchen, they are really great for reading a book or having some coffee or beer, "on the house" :)

Excellent experience in well-cared eclectic building with an original atmosphere of the beginning of Tel Aviv. Very pleasant rooms, comfortable shared areas and a lot of thinking in every detail. Comfortable beds, nice garden, very clean facilities .

To enhance the room's functionality, you should add either a chair or a bench, as seating options are currently limited to the bed.

We enjoyed a pleasant two-night stay at the hotel. The high ceilings created a spacious ambiance in our room, despite its relatively compact size. The minimalist décor was aesthetically pleasing. While the windows lacked soundproofing, our room's location mitigated any significant noise issues.

Great location. Balcony was excellent Walkable to all the fun spots in Rothschild, Lewinski, Carmel and Florentine. 20 minute walk to the beach.

We were not informed in advance that the parking would cost extra 90 NIS per day. The room was very small for two people with two suitcases.

The hotel was very good located. It was clean and well equipped. The location was amazing aswell.

Only small thing is that the pillows were a bit stiff and less composable for us. Out of the 4 pillows we suggest to have 2 stiff ones and 2 softer ones so every one can choose what fits them more.

Great small hotel in a central but quiet location. Easy self check. The hotel is spotlessly clean including room & public areas. We enjoyed it a lot and highly recommend it for couples vacation
