Great location, perfect for where we wanted to stay in the resort. Has everything you could need. Spacious and clean, 24hr on site staff, battery back up for when the power goes off.

Location is good, just few mins walk to the beach, also all the required shops like restaurants, bar, medical store, general store etc are just few mins walk away. Apartment is very spacious and well maintained with all the required appliances like water purifier, washing machine, iron, refrigerator, gas stove etc. Living room, 2 bedrooms with attached bathroom, kitchen and few balconies so basically you will feel like home. Host Maria is very helpful,and professional. Overall value for money. Definitely recommended.

United Kingdom1 review“Very good”The only thing against these apartments was there is no pool, we knew this on booking obviously.
The location was spot on for bars & restaurants the beach, the main Candolim beach road area around 15 to 20 mins walk. Nice touch on arrival was bread, butter & eggs provided plus water and as we were late arriving this was well appreciated. We had a couple of minor problems but on contacting Maria these were sorted immediately, also there was no hair dryer as stated in facilities but this was also quickly rectified. Spacious rooms with en-suites and a good location. Would recommend & would stay here again.

Location was excellent and very much in the heart of Candolim Happening area. Everything [especially shopping area] was in walking distance vicinity. Candolim beach is just 2-3 minutes walking distance. Besides, apartment was very spacious and rooms were quite big with all the needed amenities like gas stove [with cylinder], double door fridge, automatic washing machine, oven, kitchen cutlery, 24 hours drinking water, 24 hours hot and cold water, initial first day breakfast arrangements done by the property owner, big galleries and arrangements for drying clothes, Air Conditioners in both bedrooms, separate bathrooms for each bedrooms, every day housing cleaning and bed sheets replacing, etc.

Good location, great facilities all things were available to use like kitchen, washing machine, water filter. Nice place for family and can easily accommodate 10 to 15 members for full property.
