Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe food was amazing, the location next to the river was excellent (I saw crocodiles and spotted deer from my room), customer service was wonderful, and they arranged transit to and from the safaris for me. I loved walking around the property in my free time and exploring the river and the mango museum.

IndiaComfortable stay, good staff & service. Super spacious rooms with a huge balcony. Property is well maintained & hygienic. You can hear birds chirping all the time which is quite relaxing. Few steps & you reach the beautiful flowing Hiran river & even spot crocodiles on the opposite side. Don't worry it's safe. Food is tasty. Spread is limited but qualitative. Provides good variety. 10-12 mins by car to the wildlife sanctuary entrance. Only the approach towards the resort from the highway which is approx 800m is unpaved but that is not the property's issue.

IndiaI would have liked a proper coffee, cappuccino or latte, I missed my coffee because instant coffee is not great.
The place was very relaxing, the staff were very helpful, we ate our meals there and I am sensitive to chilli and so they made some dishes especially for me which was so great. We came with our Yorkie and they were very good with him. We had a small issue with the rooms but as soon as we complained about it we were upgraded to the newer section and then everything was great. The crocodiles were very interesting to see.

Our room had a river-side facing. Could watch crocodiles from the balcony. Wake up to chirping of birds of different kind. The mango museum is a must-see. Every tree is well-documented and numbered. Has one of the biggest bathrooms ever seen for a resort/hotel. Approach is a bit rough as it is through forest land, apparently. But, small compromise to make.

Australia1) The approach Road was very bumpy and rough. 2) They don't have free WiFi facilities in rooms . It's only available in the dining area and reception. 3)Also, it's difficult for NRIs to pay by credit/debit cards or internet bank transfer as they have poor internet.. So, NRIs should be ready to pay by cash.
The food was excellent, loved it. They provide different homestyle Gujrati dishes for each meal, which are healthy and very tasty.

The hotel is a family owned property located in a beautiful riverside setting on a mango farm with lovely grounds. The management and staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They took care to provide less spicy food for us and the food was delicious. Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a balcony looking towards the river. The hotel were very helpful in booking our national park safaris in advance as we could not access the booking site from Ireland. They also organised transport to and from the national parks and our transfers to and from Junagadh. We were given a very interesting tour of the mango farm by Sumeet the farm manager and son of the founder.

IndiaLocation is a bit off as the road to farmhouse is under construction but it’s reachable and the owners guided our car from the road via a bike ahead which made it a lot easier to reach
It’s a huge property, built to have a close to nature feel, rides and swings for kids in playground area, indoor games facility. One thing to mention specifically is the food, awesome tasty food. We had both dinner and breakfast there and it was delicious, not so costly also- 400 Rs per person. There is Hiram river nearby for sightseeing of crocodiles, complimentary evening tea and very hospitable staff.
