House keeping and room attendant are not satisfied . Restaurant: Night dinner items are only suitable for north Indians and no South Indian food available. It is highly regrettable.

The bathroom is tiny. The buffet breakfast needs drastic improvement. For the major meals, avoid the in-house restaurant and head to Aryaas (Veg) restaurant nearby.

Situated right on the main road, leading to the temple. Had booked two rooms, one four bedded family room and a deluxe room. The deluxe room was nice, whereas the family room was excellent. It had a four seater dining table which was really convenient for the six of us. The room was well maintained. All in all, a very good option for a pleasant stay in the holy town of Rameshwaram.

The washrooms though were clean and neat, didnot have a hangar for placing clothes or towel. Also the shower needed a repair. The hot water service was not proper in one room that we booked The other room had no problems other than the hangar in the wasroom.

Reception staff was not friendly at all. No greeting or smile when we checked in nor whenever we came back in, not even when I greeted them with a smile.

The restaurant is too small for the guests and it has too many flies. No COVID or hygiene precautions are taken by the staff in the restaurant. The breakfast was never fully laid out even at 7am the start time or 8:30am the middle time.

Their in house travel agent GOPI has drivers who cannot communicate in any other language other than Tamil... becomes very difficult... the bathroom towel racks were broken but the housekeeping was kind to change the towels everytime you asked for...there is a la carte option between 07 to 10 pm but on our first day they advised that the only option is Buffet ( which was 400 per person... absolutely no value for money.) Second day they did provide a la carte( also note that there are no options around the hotel to dine out).. the hygine standard of the plates and cups and cutlery were also not upto the mark!

Restaurant was small . In afternoon towards the end he only had limited food items . Morning breakfast they were little slow in filling items . Food taste was good tough .

The room size were excellent.Bathroom were clean . Bed size was good for 2 adults with kid . Food menu was decent ,but felt little expensive. Rest of the hotel lobby was big . Overall value for money.
