Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wait for cabs. No windows in my room! The plug points had little space to manage my laptop charger. I managed with the kettle plug point! It wasn't an issue but then had to mention it ;) !!
Centrally located. Not far from the action. easily accessible from the airport or the rail station. Parking available for your car if you drive in. Good front office and support staff. most were helpful, prompt and courteous. Gave the right direction for city travel and other queries. The facility with 2 lifts its very useful. The restaurant staff were most helpful in choice of local foods. The chef went out of his way to make me enjoy the taste of local food. Nearby eateries make it even better. The room was a shade cramped if the iron board is included, otherwise quite ok. The bed and pillows too soft with well appointed bath and toiletries it was even more comfortable. Environment friendly, they don't change the linen daily unless you ask. Families staying here enjoyed themselves. with a roof top swimming pool what more can you ask. very reasonably priced.

The only slight negative is that a bar is advertised but only beer is available
It was very clean & possibly the most comfy bed we have ever slept in! The food in the restaurant was absolutely lovely, as were the staff. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax after several days travelling. Reception organised a taxi to the airport for us which was on time. Strange location on a busy road but there were plenty of restaurants & shops a 5 minute walk away.

Room was exceptionally clean, luxurious and comfortable. Area was much quieter than the old city. The staff (particularly Sam at the front desk) were amazingly attentive and kind. Loved my stay. I was sad when they were booked out because I wanted to stay longer!

The hotel need more staffs at the coffee house. On the second day i had my breakfast, there was only 1 person working and he was overwhelmed when there are many guests during breakfast service.
The room, bathroom was clean and breakfast was good. The front desk was helpful. I had a good rest since the bed and pillows was comfortable.

The towels in one of the rooms did seem stained.

Staff were kind, friendly and very helpful and the food was excellent. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to family and friends.

We was disappointed because the pool was advertised as running and clean but when we arrived it was very dirty and only 3 feet of water and construction was going on in and out the hotel so it was noisy trying to sleep

Last day of start (5th Oct night) there was a lot of noise from the top. Also the location is a bit more silent especially if we want to travel in the late evening
Staff was very good and fast in response.Stay was pleasant and comfortable and safe. The property was clean and well maintained.Would recommend
