Price on booking.com does not include taxes. Also, they asked for all identification documents (didn't know I had to provide them), luckily I had them on my phone. Bit embarassed when the staff constantly asked us questions of our status (local or foreigners), made me and wife feel a bit uncomfortable.

I think they need to check the quality of the breakfast served to my opinion instead of giving idly vada dosa sambar they can just give fruits and bread toast and omelet. Because being a South Indian the chef preparation of idly sambar Vada is Not at all up to the mark .I think it is prepared by some North east chef.that is why we are not getting the south Indian taste.earlier there breakfast use to be too good.but off late .sorry to say.please ask them to improve on the breakfast .

Breakfast had a pretty decent spread, no complaints whatsoever. Had a booking for 8 double rooms and a suite. The front desk staff were very cordial and efficient making check in and check out a breeze. A very pleasant interaction.

The hotel is within walking distance of malls and restaurants & is well maintained. The team at the reception were polite and agreed to our request for a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good variety of south Indian options.

First day sheets weren’t clean, had spots on them. There was a gym but not really. The gym had no air con, had weird smell which felt like hasn’t been used for quite sometime. Did not feel safe as it was located in the basement with no sign on where the gym was located.

The staff were really nice and polite. Good toiletries provided. One hour late checkout with no additional charges

The bathroom is very nasty with old stained toilets and cracked sinks and dirty bathroom walls. It totally put me off since we were paying so much amount for a 3 star hotel . The toilets felt like some public toilet. The non veg food was terrible but the veg restaurant was decent.

Location is good, staff is very courteous and helpful. Veg food was good. Staff is very helpful and service oriented Newspaper is provided each day which is a nice touch.

We had 3 traveling and told they couldn’t accommodate us in a single room so forced to get second room. Bed sheets, pillows and towels were unclean. Phone not working to call down to room service and safe was locked without instructions to unlock. There were rusty shower head and dripping on corridor. Car service was not accommodative to a single hour extension and forced an additional 4 hr booking. No flexibility.

The toilets have no ventilation or it was not working. The staff even after complaining did not know that the ventilation was not working. The extractor was not working

Room and hotel is run down. We were staying on 8th floor. The generator or something above our floor was so loud. Bathroom has become very old. In general the hotel is not being maintained well

Their complimentary breakfast don't have any variety at all. They just have idli, either dosa/poori, omelet, cut fruits/juices and thats all. Anything beyond its an extra payment. I rate it a fair/average hotel and not a 4 star property.

This is just an average hotel, though the room was clean the bed and the pillows aren't that comfortable that were a bit hard. Hotel situated in the city center and they have decent restaurant. Their buffet breakfast starts some 30 minutes later than promised time, and they seem to be like this always.

Excellent rooms for the price. Three separate restaurants in premises for veg-only, veg+non-veg and bar-attached. Well located in centre of city. I am a regular customer.
