The hotel has no restaurant. Cannot even get Tea/Coffee. Rooms are located on a hill, so one has to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the room. Not easy when you have old people. Also, TV has not cable connection; issue when highlighted - we are told, Airtel issue.

The location right in the heart of Farmagudi is the only advantage. Rooms are clean and livable for minimal stay.

It’s a basic room with bear minimum facilities. No phone, tea/coffee making facilities, hand or face towel, toiletries, and most importantly NO WI-FI AND ONSITE RESTAURANT. So right from morning breakfast one has to venture out to other nearby places for all your meals. At the time of checking in, I was told to call up the reception to place my meal order, and they’ll get it and deliver to my room, but when I actually called them for the breakfast the next morning, I was told to book my order through either Zomato or Swiggy, but neither of them serve this location. To comment on the Public and private transport in Goa is like opening another tin of worms. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend cool relaxing time unless you have no other options

The location is good, however, the whole property is on the slope, so loads to climbing the stairs up and down.

Linen were not cleaned properly , structure needs repairs and painting as walls were dampen, need airconditioner in every room otherwise goa is very hot in other seasons, restaurant was not functioning properly 😔

Restaurant is OUTSOURCED. This hotel is owned by GTDC. Restaurant is operated at the WILL of Owner, No Room Service. One has to Climb 20 STEEP STAIR CASES to Reach. NOT SUITABLE TO SENIOR CITIZENS

Location is close to the Major Temples 🛕 DO NOT BOOK if you have senior Citizens. MOst of the Cottages need CLIMBING UP THE STAIRS

The room was having additional door near bed which was common between adjacent room. This was disturbing the privacy and did not feel very safe.. Even though it was locked lot of noise was coming through door from adjacent room. This also created huge break in sleep in midnight when adjacent room 4 young people checked in. There was big lizard in room The restaurant was closed and far away. Reception response was slow. Property looks old and half maintained. But ambience was good.

there was no power in the room they offered us, we had to change our room. There was no WI-FI which common in any hotel or B&b today. simple things like sign posts for rooms or canteen, transport for internal movements. the intercom was not working to order any food to the room. we checked out after a day although we had booked for two days. There is a great scope to improve. The location is close to temples and some shuttle service could be organised. Without Wi-Fi ordering Ola or any taxi service was not possible
