We couldn’t think of anything negative in our experience mainly because the staff made everything smooth for us in different sections of our needs and guiding us.

The exceptional breakfast was a top point; also the cleaning team did fantastic job everyday cleaning everything and putting our stuff in order. The hotel employees were very helpful and nice. They helped us get a SIM card. Also surprised us with a welcome cake.

Only downside depending on your plans is the location, it is not nearby any touristic places / sites like Old Delhi oder Connaught Place. Depending on traffic it can easily take you between 30 to 45 min to reach these places from the hotel.

Very good breakfast buffet at a fair price. Rooms very quite spacious and clean. Pool area was very nice as well. Definitely very good value for money.

There was a wedding going on and I could here it every night in my room. I had booked this hotel in this location for the specific reason to get away from the noise and bustle of Delhi. I expect there to be parties but I had hoped there would be better sound proofing. When we arrived the reception staff were really unable to manage our requests and our rooms. We were exhausted and it took a very long time to check in. It took an equally long time to check out as despite numerous requests to have itemised bills for the rooms we stayed in they combined the bills as they were being paid on one card. I had then had to go back to sort this out. The checking in and checking out process was so infuriating. In addition I had asked for an extra bed in my room I was aware of the charge and had sent messages directly to the hotel asking for this but this was not set up. It then took a while to organise which was a nuisance for my young children who were tired. The location is out of the way somewhat. There are no good places to eat nearby and the menu in the hotel restaurant is limited. This is not ideal if you are eating there a few days in a row.

The rooms were spacious and had a fabulous bathroom with a tub. We were able to get adjoining rooms which was really useful for out stay. The breakfast was exceptional. There was plenty of variety. The staff at breakfast were always very diligent and helpful. The gym facilities were good.

really good staff attitude, who do everything possible to make your stay special and comfortable. the bed and bedding were superb, the quality of room furnishings were excellent. Food is asian,fusion & European - all of it excellent. The choice at breakfast is so large you would need to eb there a month to try it all.

Just a detail: in the bathroom, the faucet of the lavatory is not well placed. Also, if they want to continue to offer wine, it would be good to upscale their knowledgeability about wine.

The staff are very friendly and while very professional, able to connect with a bit of personal touch. E.g. although they see hundreds of new faces, they recognized us when we came back. Special kudos to Ajit and Ajivit and other staff in the restaurant. The restaurant is very good with a nice offering of Indian and other cuisine.

What could be improved is the knowledge about wine, although I understand wine - alcoholic beverages in general - is not in the tradition of India and that has its good sides as well :-)

Great staff. Some of them are truely impressive. Although they see hundreds of new faces from all over the world every day, they remembered us and made us feel a bit home. Special mention of Ajit for the care of the luggage and Avijit in the restaurant, as well as some other staff in the restaurant. Great food by the way.

When I booked, I expressed the wish to use the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. No reply. Also, it was not clearly indicated at the airport. So I called from the airport to the hotel. The agent who answered the phone did either not understand my question (although I speak proper and clearly - according to Indian colleagues) and/or responded un-understandably. So we ended up taking a taxi. Several electricity plugs did not properly work. The holes were too big and the plug fell out.

The room was very large and bed comfortable. Staff in the restaurant is very nice and the food is very good.
