Heritage suites are not well maintained. High scope of improvement is there in heritage suites. Bath tub and WC flush was not working

The food could be better.

The staff was very friendly. the property is on island and the major part of the island is trekking trails. There're no restrictions for guests and they can roam around anywhere and find their peaceful spots. A must visit in monsoon season, just be careful of insects. P.s. The bar is amazing.

Cost 😭

The place is exotic but pricey. Ofcourse, no match near by. Free boating , camel ride( but now I guess Camel person indirectly asks for money??). Location is really good...staff are nice.

The resort lacks few basic things like overall cleanliness and hygiene. Wifi is not available for hotel rooms and could only be accessed via resort's lobby area. So it's difficult for people who wish to take their online work while on vacation get connected to the internet on their mobiles and laptops. The restaurant food is good but the rates are way too expensive.

The location of the resort is exquisite, on an island and away from city. We enjoyed the boat ride, restaurant food and our stay at the resort.

Traditional property in need of updating. The food was average, limited and repeated. The jacuzzi had not been used for a while and it had green elegy on the walls. The gym was full of dust.

It was picturesque and beautiful gardens. There was a bonfire almost every evening. The staff were helpful. I liked the camel ride and a rowing boat ride in the evening

The maintenance of the heritage suites hasn’t been done well. The bathtubs looked dirty and the taps didn’t work well. They leaked from all sides and the shower didn’t work. We had to wait for so long after turning in the taps for hot water. The terrace was dirty for half of our stay. The food was unnecessarily exorbitant and wasn’t of that good a quality. They refused to make special baby food for my infant. We only requested for a plain khichdi and they said no. This was the worst part.

The location and the views are just so so amazing. The staff are courteous and warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the trip with the whole family mostly because of the exotic location.

The room we had needs to be improved or renovated. Meals good but average in terms of display, cutlery and service by Indian hotel standards. Staff were friendly

Proper Board ,at Jatty place with direction and instructions to guest .property not maintained.

No proper Direction or guidance from Resort ,even we spoke 4 time ,exactly how to reach sesort. At Jatty no proper Sign board to go or take Jatty to Jaisamad resot. A board is there but no direction or instructions . Very poor Dimarkesion .

The staff's behavior was very bad. It seemed that they didn't like that we go their or that you came to stay there for free. If you asked for anything, they would respond in a bad way and would not give you anything. And change sing mineral water 90 rupees per 20 rupees water bottle

"My stay at Jaisamand Island Resort was disappointing. The pool was dirty with algae, safety was compromised on the boat ride due to the lack of life jackets, and overall property maintenance was lacking. I hope the resort addresses these issues for a better experience for future guests."
