Toooooo costly and NOT Value for Money. Staff was not sufficient enough to serve the guests and the owner did not have a professional approach to the business. Their dinning culture is quite stingy ( Eg: No curd/onions-lemons/pickle with biriyani) No proper House-keeping Outside food not allowed even though in-house restaurant is off No mirrors in the rooms Complimentary breakfast you have only two options that too not unlimited.

Most rooms' window points towards a wall, so there is no view on the garden. Not really a problem if you want to spend most of your time out.

They seemed understaffed. A couple people trying to do everything so things took a while. The restaurant had food, but often got orders wrong, or had to ask several times. Also, the ground floor at least was kinda loud at night

The staff was not unfriendly but definitely not warm either. I take it as the character of the management. My room wasn't cleaned--which surprised me given the attention to detail--until I asked them to. Loud conversations resonated through the halls into my room late at night, waking me. I did glimpse a less expensive room and it I would not have been nearly as happy there.

Stayed in one of the more expensive rooms, which was beautiful, in an elegant and tranquil art deco style. The neighborhood is very tranquil and while not in the center of thing, not that far away either.

208 - The room was in the back of the hotel - may be for hotel staff. We take the lift to the 2nd floor and take the stairs to the 1st floor to the back of the hotel. Did not like the approach to the room. I was not pesky because I was alone and had to use the hotel for sleeping. A/c even set at 27, was cold, like 15. Had to shut down the A/c to sleep well. Shower was not at all what I expected - leaking all around the shower head and water was not flowing as expected

The location is closer to the place where I had meetings. The good ambiance at the entrance. I didn't try food as the restaurant was almost always empty.

There is no fridge in the room, but that is only a minor issue. The single beds are a bit narrow, so not that comfortable for a larger person.

The hotel is in a very safe gated community in central Delhi. Sunder Nagar market is only 5 minutes away with an array of antiques and jewelry shops and two famous tea shops. Ueber is easy to order, entry to the colony at night is through a central gate with security guards. Bottled water is provided every day and one can order food and drink from the kitchen. Room was clean, everything in the bathroom worked fine. Staff are very helpful.

Sweta at reception was amazing! She used her Indian persuasion skills over the phone to turn around a ‘no show’ of my driver for a 4-day golden triangle tour. I had booked and prepaid the trip and was waiting for a pickup at the hotel but no one showed up so it looked like a scam from the tour operator. After a lot of hassling she made sure the tour operator sent the driver so I could enjoy an amazing trip, all thanks to Sweta’s intervention. Thank you Sweta!!!

We requested for an extra face towel but was denied (they explained house maintenance staff were already off duty) which was a disappointing experience. Additionally, we had to request the front desk to turn on the boiler for hot shower which shouldn't be the case for a 4-star hotel. Lastly our card key was not working properly.

The location was great. All the tourist sites were 10-15 min by cab. Also, very quiet and safe area to stay.

The room had a constant loud noise coming from the roof hence i couldn't sleep well both the nights The fixed shower didn't work as the switch from the hand shower to the fixed shower didn't stay until unless you just held it The washbasin was clogging The moisturizer seemed to be old as it had a brown mould on top

There are a couple of things that I think it will make the property to be a great place. The building is in good conditions. The rooms needs to be up date it. The mattress needs to be changed. The bathroom should be cleaned and rooms are not properly done everyday. I also find annoying the manager yelling to the receptionist. I really hope La Sangrita will make this hotel more professional.

It is situated in a very nice area. Far from the craziness of Delhi. There is a nice park in front of the hotel. People are very kind. Love the area!!!
