Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and hospitality. The staff was always there to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shops. The room was clean, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

hotel was clean and well managed. the location was good but very crowded and dirty as well. i like to stay in this hotel but the location was not that clean and good for health. although the location was good because the market and all other place which i want to visit were located near to the hotel.

all n all the most of the requirement are there i like to stay here because the hospitality was amazing although the hotel was not that good looking. something like old building type. the staffs were doing their work properly as well as the room was clean and well maintained.

It seems like this place must have been great like 15 years ago, but since then whatever broke is still broken to this day. Lots of minor issues with broken stuff but nothing really major. Overall the place just seems old.

enjoyed my stay with their helping staffs in all conditions. hotel location was amazing for tourist that all the place which i need to visit was at very short distance from the hotel. the places i like to visit were soo convenient to visit from this hotel. the food of the surrounding area were well cooking and tastes very well. i liked to stay once a while here specially in this area

checkin process was smooth and the room i get have some problem and i asked the manager to change the room and the best part is they changed my room immediately. So, overall the hotel's service was amazing and clearly one of the best. the location of the hotel was also clear. they have own parking as well
