Parking: Available inside the complex but only two max. Large vehicle causes issue Property: No charging available when inverter is on. Only inside the bedroom, fan works on inverter Location: Near to beach but no direct access. Billing: Not yet received from Booking.com or from property despite of paying GST amount as well

Wifi was not working during our stay. Kitchen could have been equipped with few basic utensils which might help the guests.

Sea View is very good. Host is very friendly and helpful. They arranged us Cab for local sight seeing too.

1) Reality check,NOT AT ALL PET FRIENDLY. People and staffers were looking at my 1yr old dog as if some alien creature has landed at their doorsteps. 2) Paid Rs 400 extra for cleaning as we had a pet. No housekeeping done by anyone for the 4 days we stayed. Infact we were given a broom and asked to clean ourselves which we did for first 2 days. 3) Bathroom was full of sand which I personally cleaned up on the very first day. Bathroom.could have been more cleaner. 4) Non functional Inverter. Spent a night for 40 mins without power. 5) Non functional TV. Told the owner's representative atleast twice but in vain. 6) Property door is closed after 10pm. Can be increased to atleast 11pm. 7) Kitchen area very dirty and dingy with no lighting. Expect property to be true to what they say and advertise about themselves.

The location and proximity to the beach were the only positive points of the property.

The behaviour of the owner was very nice. The sister of the owner Dr. Mitanjali welcomed us. Throughout our stay she was always available and helped us. This homestay is very close to the sea beach and it is a very safe and secured place. Here we got a car parking facility within the premises.

My stay at the homestay was overall quite enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and the cultural exchange was a highlight. The homemade meals were delicious, and the room was comfortable. However, there was a few minor inconvenience such as occasional noise from neighboring homes. These aspects, though, were overshadowed by the warm hospitality and the overall positive experience of staying with a local family.

My stay at the homestay was truly delightful. The warm and welcoming hosts made me feel like part of their family from the moment I arrived. The cozy and well-furnished room provided a comfortable and relaxing space to rest, and the homemade meals were a highlight, offering a taste of local cuisine. It was an enriching experience to learn about the local culture and traditions from my hosts, and I left with lasting memories and new friends.

Location: V good. Sea n Beach visible from balcony of our room and could be approached in minutes. Room: Comfortable with attached bath and a fully equipped kitchen. Host: Owner Mr S N Padhi was extremely helpful and caring. Provided us another room to stay beyond check out time. Not a hi-fi property but worthwhile staying there.

The only problem I had faced when food was ordered from the host. There should be clear communication when one planning to have food from the host.

Location is excellent. Good for them, planning to cook although utensils are provided on demand. Owner Satya babu is very polite and cooperative person. You can enjoy sea view from balcony. Pet friendly but you have to arrange food for your pet. Station is just 15 minutes walk from the property.

I liked the hospitality of its manager and the staff. Manager (owner) of the property Mr.Padhi not only offered the best sea- facing room but came out of the way to help me open my suitcase which got accidentally locked on our arrival. Also, he accommodated us beyond check- out time to enable us to catch our train in the afternoon. The kitchen was made fully equipped so we could cook our food comfortably. Housekeeping staff (Manju) was very courteous and helpful. Overall we had a comfortable and memorable stay in this property.

Fantastic location, sea view is possible from balcony, rooftop and from some room. It is a homely accommodation, away from crowd of SwargaDwar Very comfortable. Kitchen facilities available on request with extra price.

All ok. Only address and landmark must be properly mentioned. It is NOT Heach Hut Hotel but Beach Hut. Another landmark is Gopinath Gouriya Math then reach Laxmi Nivas.

Location is great, it is away from crowded place. So those who like a nice homely place, this one is the right place.
