Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

D wall looks hollow . Can hear sound and talks from adjacent room . Tats makes it unpleasant. Buffer was there - need to add more varieties in buffet .
Location of the property. Cleanliness and maintained in hygienic condition . Taste and quality of food is good.

Location was ok, not great Water leak in my room but they switched me very promptly to a different room.
Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very good too.

The staff on receptoin were helpful - both before we arrived answering questions, and when we were there ordering taxis. The breakfast was excellent - a good variety and really tasty. the rooftop restaurant is very popular with locals which speaks volumes and the food and atmosphere in the restaurant were good. it's easily walkable to the rose garden and to the museums; we did walk to the Capitol but that's actually a bit far.

WE HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT HALF AN HOUR FOR THE HOT WATER TO THE SHAWER, KEEPING IT OPEN. NOT GOOD . SUCH A WASTE OF NATURAL RESOURCE. COMPLAINED TWICE BUT THEY COULD NOT REPAIRE/ FIX IT UP . SO HAD TO TAKE SHAWER BY LUKE WARM WATER. THE ROMAN BLIND FOR WINDOW WAS NOT WORKING WELL.
CENTRAL LOCATION SO MANY PLACES VISITED WERE NEARER , FOOD QUALITY IN THE RESTAURANT AND ROOF TOP RESTAURANT. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. ROOM SERVICE WAS QUICK.

The rooms - It had stains of spit. The AC vents were never cleaned it seemed. The balcony view is never cleaned.
Breakfast was good. They can add Non-vegetarian to the menu if they are charging extra.

They make their own bill. They do not ask customers to ( make the bill on which person name ) They run their own funda When I asked to change the name , they said will WhatsApp you till time does not receive any bills .

A few things left a bad taste and would prevent me from staying again. Could have been much cleaner; not the cleavers fault but that of management who are obviously not reinvesting profits into the hotel maintenance, carpet cleaning etc. Fridge was also grubby. WiFi kept dropping out with no reason I believe I was overcharged when I balanced the bill - apparently some misunderstanding but it made the room way more expensive than it should have been. Definitely not good value at all. Once again the owners must be reaping profits with little going back into the hotel. I asked for some plates and cutlery and was almost not given them as I should have apparently only been ordering room service despite paying for 2 executive rooms over 4 nights. One of the blinds didn’t work on the window and tv channels didn’t have an English speaking ones subscribed to. Just basically news channels.
The executive room was large and the breakfast good. Bathroom okay. Also a great location for walking distance to eateries / shops etc and an auto stand out the front door.
