We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We reached there by around 12.30 am. It took only five minutes for the check in process to be completed. the property is very near to The Parthasarathy Tample and walkable distance from railway station and to the Sri Krishna Temple. Very Good break fast, good rooms, polite staff ...

The messages sent post booking is to be dispensed immediately especially to those booked through well managed platforms like Booking.com. Once you take booking saying that there is no pre payment needed , and asking for payment after booking is not fair in any manner. This will create unnecessary confusion about the status of booking etc which should be avoided. In real terms, they have n't asked for payment even at the time of check in and only taken at the time of check out.They even gave a upgrade for us. So pl.take this as an advice to dispense with unnecessary post booking insistence for advance payment. .
The staff and management are very professional and deserve appreciation.The front office to down the supporting staff are very cordial and well trained. Every call was immediately attended. Location is good for every one.Ample parking space is seen available including vallet parking facility . Break fast could have been better, still good.

Hotel location was good near Railway station. But they dont provide shuttle to temple. Incorrect information. The auto drivers take 50Rs for temple drop

The catering left much to be desired. The menu - in general - was quite limited, both in terms of South Indian and other cuisines. In particular, the Kerala sadhya ordered for about 25 people was disappointing. The organisation and service of the sadhya spoke of inexperience and was poorly managed. Even the quality of traditional dishes fell short of expectations.
The accommodation is excellent, clean and spacious. The lobby is also well proportioned and modern. The staff are helpful and friendly and were very supportive of our requirements. The location is also central .

The room service was below par. Also we did not get hot water early in the morning. Staff seemed to be new.
Extremely well constructed clean. Rooms are big and the 2 bedroom suite was outstanding. Food at the restaurant was tasty.

The Phone in the room was not working properly. It used to dial the reception automatically when we tried the room service. Despite multiple reminders this was not fixed promptly. There was no curtain in one of the bathrooms. The restaurant was very small in size. The food quality however was quite decent. There should be more people at the reception in the night.
Rooms were very spacious and the location was also fantastic.

Parking was not good. It felt like a Wonderla roller coaster ride. The toilet looked old, it really needed a restoration for the rusts present there. In some rooms my family complained about the towel being unclean.
The rooms were big and comfortable. They are neat with all needed facilities. The toiletries were available which is really helpful. Guruvayurappan temple is at a walkable distance. The hotel is next to parthasarathi temple. The staff were very polite and treated us with respect. I really appreciate all their efforts. Breakfast was really tasty. It had all the varieties.
