The prices of the food were too high. Also the name is 'The Hosteller' but it was more like a Hotel in terms of rooms types, no. of rooms, restaurant etc., but not all services were provided which are provided in a Hotel like 'room service'. Further if it is a hostel and food is also on self service basis, then at least food prices should be lower. Otherwise infra, ambience & location are good for stay.

Overall property was good to stay for a few days. Can be considered again. But I found it a bit costly - room rent wise as well as the food price wise.

Dining have to ordered through a Glu App/Website which is little bit a discomfort zone. Additionally, a convenience fee for every order is also a painful area. However, Mr. Shantanu was quite cooperative and generous person.

The bedding could be cleaner and food could be better. Most of the food items on the menu are generally out of stock.

Good location. Well appointed rooms. The place is good for a short visit away from the hustle and bustle of a city.

The only problem this time was the comfort of mattress as it was not really comfortable.

Everything was exceptional and i prefer this property over all other stays in chakrata.

Some amenities were not given like hand towels. For ordering from cafe, we cannot order separate items. We could only order according to the combos mentioned in the app which is not appreciable.

Overall all everything is good

My stay was very comfortable and location is also very good. You can see Himalayas from your balcony or from parking area also. You will love this place more if you like peace. And staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to mention three names specifically Abhijeet Bist (who suggest me few locations for hangout), Moon Hazarika (Sweet and hard working person. I’m very happy to see that the hostellers giving chance to very young talented people. She handled my all queries very well), Dev Singh Rawat (Master of the hostellers kitchen 😄)

Overall everything is good

My stay was very comfortable and location is also very good. You can see Himalayas from your balcony or from parking area also. You will love this place more if you like peace. Since its remotely located so there aren't much options to go out & eat. I would suggest you to not expect much from the cafe, can carry packaged food!

The location was very good, the property is huge with great views. However, the food was average & mostly options were out of stock. It was slightly expensive, but worth the money (except the food). Must visit!

Motor for water is very noisy and disturbing. kitchen starts late at 8am and isn’t available in the afternoon for 3/3.5 hours. No glasses in rooms. Hot water was coming in WC.

The food was average, Cleanliness was not up to the mark, every thing was online they did not accept cash. No Room Service. No toiletries, No slippers, No dental kit provided in the room.

We found a lil bit of difficulty to find the location of the property but overall it was a good experience.

The property is very good. And also the staff are very friendly.The food was really tasty and also they maintain hygiene. All over our experience was very nice and we created a lot of memories over there. Thank you.

I think since it was too cold so heaters should have been provided although it would be under charge but heater option should be there.I felt too cold and had fever .additionally games should be more
