Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

First room did not have a good view and at request changed to a higher floor and room was meant to be higher specification.Room's toilet flush stopped working many times / rooms safe did not work / hair dryer did not work.We were offered to change the room but we chose to stay . Staff were very helpful. Rooms could do with an upgrade for a five star hotel.
Staff were exceptionally helpful.We had a lovely breakfast in the upper floor. SPA massage service was excellent.

Great location, food was exceptional and staff were very attentive. We booked at the last minute so didn't really know what to expect. Pools were great with plenty of day beds and as many towel as you needed. Very big and busy hotel...great vibe.

Given that a significant percentage of guests are there on business, the lack of a proper office space to do business meetings is a bummer. The staff suggested I use the coffee shop for this, but it overlooks the lobby, which has music playing continuously. The problem can be easily solved if the music is turned down enough so it's barely audible in the coffee shop. I know this is a bit of a nitpick and that is why my rating for this hotel is still high.
Fantastic location close to all the important ministries, nice decor with wonderful art in the lobby, excellent restaurant, good bar, and great coffee shop as well.

I was charged $23 AUD for 1 pot (serving 2 people) of local Indian Masala Tea. This is outrageous. I queried this with several of the staff and was told it was due to the taxes, when it was mainly due to the price of the tea 790 IRP. I have never paid this for tea any where in the world. Be aware.

Furniture can be a little upgraded.
The staff, the cleanliness, The service. Special mention to Bishek, Faizan and Om who were so friendly and helpful during our check in which was very very early in the morning.

Swimming pool too cold. Reception very bad and very slow, few people at work, we had to wait too long.

Spar is not unisex, the pool closes to early. There was no bath in the top tier room.
Interior is beautiful, the staff have high willingness to correct issues.

The rooms have aged and could see that it needs to remove rusted metal/wooden pieces. There was no iron in the room.
Location is great and their rooftop restaurant is also amazing. The staff is also helpful.

The main bar is terrible and unappealing, dark, over air conditioned and not suitable for social conversation over drinks. It needs changed ! Would like more European meal options at the buffet

Check in was very slow. Took almost 30 minutes with an employee with a terrible English. Pool was not working. Breakfast crowded in the first day with some minutes waiting for a table. Services and food are very expensive. I’m comparing with a Marriot Courtyard of the same level in Agra.
Very beautiful hotel. Great rooms, bed, bathroom. Good breakfast with a great variety of options.
