Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Noisy lift that announces the arrival that can be heard in the room. Water pressure less in the taps ,hot water runs out quickly

Street is noisy and rooms generally face the street. 15min walk to the train station, and a bit further to lower parel

The bathroom shower and the catering facilities
The location is very convenient for me. But the bathroom isn't well planned as the shower is in a way which makes everything wet. And we didn't find out till the last minute that breakfast wasn't included in the rate. Most hotels include breakfast in this rate. Also the the catering facilities and the food needs a lot of improvement.

Two 1L bottles were provided free of cost but there is no option to refill water apart from having to buy extra bottles, which is waste of plastic. Also there is no restaurant at the property but they had a tie up with a nearby restaurant, can call and order from them to the room but the delivery times range from 20 min to 1 hr.
It’s recently renovated to everything was new and clean. Room was spacious and had all the basic amenities. Staff was friendly, polite and very helpful except one lady at the reception who was rude and curt.

For me, the matress was far too soft, but that's of course individual!
Everything okay, the room was quite big and everything was clean. Our wifi didn't work when we arrived but when we told the staff, they sent someone to fix it, thank you for that!

Nothing to note
There was no restaurant in the hotel. However it's in prime location with lots of options nearby and excellent food delivery on call.

Bathroom there was no place to keep your clothes.A three in one hook could be fixed on the door so that the dry clothes could be hung there .Apart from it everything was fine

Rooms could have been a tad bigger. Would have been nicer if the twin beds were separated. The entire point of wanting a room with two separate beds was lost.
The location is amazing. Good eateries nearby. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant attached, but you can either order from Aditi Veg Restaurant or use the food ordering apps to get something that you like. Private parking was great as I didn't have to park curb side on the road.

Only one receptionist and had to wait for a while after a long day as he was in his "tea break". No room service so basic things like ice is not available. Bathroom was small so your showering where doing other business in the same area. And also during checkout the receptionist was not available. Definitely not worth how much they charge

We visit Mumbai to meet our daughter who is pursuing her studies in KEM Hospital. This place is very conveniently located for the same. The staff is aware of our agenda and keep cooperating even if it late night movements. Must than them for being there.

Wifi was disconnected for 1 whole day. Rude Staff. Took 600 Rs for dry cleaning of bed sheets because there were so called stain of nag Champa & rose patels. which is ridiculous.which means they never wash their bedsheet. When I said I never seen such unprofessional behaviour in any hotel she bluntly said we even charge for broken glass.
Location near TATA Memorial hospital. Wanted to attend conference hence booked for 28th & 29th oct 2023. In room no. 602.
