Fab team messed up, they did not update my advance payment in the system and did not take my and hotel's calls for which I had to wait for more than 30mins for check out

The rooms are quite run down and very basic. The bed in one of the room was uncomfortable. In the morning, there was lot of noise from nearby construction work.

We checked in at 2am and checked out at 11ish. So for a short night stay, it was good enough. The person at service desk was very helpful. We chose the location as it was close to our friend's house where we were staying the next night.

The property was clean however the facilities were not upto the mark. The geyser was not working properly, the mattress was of springs which actually was not at all comfortable. There were small cockroaches all over the room, coming from behind the bed and tables.

Amenities mentioned were not available like lift and parking. Basic facilities like dental kit are not provided, light was very dim, no kettle. Very less value for money.

the rooms are too noisy. nothing like sound proofing. weird sound coming out of AC EVEN it was powered off. The same informed to staff - no resolution.

The rooms are different to as shown in t rooms on Booking.com. The beddings is damn untidy and uncomfortable mattresses. Pillows are like from 1950’s. The furniture in the room is not comfortable, I think used, an old kind of furniture. My room was at second floor and NO LIFT available.

The WIFI was not working, when we asked about this to the guy at the reception. He was not at all helping, overall the experience was affected due to these things.

There entire room was filled with dirty linens beds facilities in rooms or washroom and beside AC there is a complete open space from where anyone can look into your room and breach ur privacy. This was shocking for me I observed it when I was about to checkout. I will definitely going to file a formal complaint about it to the relevant authorities.

There was nothing to like about the property from room to food. Countless thing I can point out and there was a breach of privacy and I am certainly looking to file an FIR for the same.

Staff is very sub-par, service is pathetic, food is pathetic, rooms smell like garbage can, rooms are very noisy, felt like I was sleeping at train station, you have to ask for everything like towels, toiletries etc. AC stopped in the middle of night. Due to numerous issues changed my room four times, it was not at all enjoyable.

Location is good and rooms are big. Apart from it there is not even a single positive.
