We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Germanythe lights in the bathroom didn’t work and there are a lot of switches for the lights in the apartment and we couldn’t find the right switch for the light above the table. I didn’t search for it but my socks fell on the bathroom floor and the corners were very dusty.
The apartment has a lot of space and it was comfortable.

Location in the sticks was lovely, we were able to see the northern lights from outside the apartment. Walking distance 2mins to the Spa. Room was clean and tidy. So quiet. Overall it was ok as a one night stop.

SlovakiaHorrible experience, they really need to work on the cleanliness!!! We arrived in the evening. First it was a little bit hard to find our apartment, because there are several buildings and it was not clear which one is ours (this was the small setback, but noting mayor). After we went in there was a weird smell like, the apartment was not ventilated for a long time. When we entered the bathroom that was the biggest shock (but only the first one). On the floor human hair were everywhere. We also found hairs in the bad and the bed sheets were not ironed - they looked like after use they were only folded "nicely" but not changed at all. After this I requested a new apartment which was a bit better, but still not clean. We had to vacuum up in the middle of the night. The seating are in the living room was partially covered with dog hair (white hair on dark sofa - it was really obvious). If you don't believe me, just check out the pictures I attached. IF, and that is a big if, anybody cleans these apartments before the next person arrives, thank simply they are doing a BAD job. these apartments are meant for 4 people, but in the kitchen there were only partial sets of plates, and there were not enough knifes, forks and spoons... We also had to wash everything BEFORE use. They also expect from you to clean up before you leave, but they do not provide any equipment for that (no vacuum in every apartment- only in some, no mop, no cleaning supplies, etc.) This was the worst experience at any accommodation of my life, mainly because, the price and our expectations based on the description and reviews were at higher level, where at least the cleanliness is expected if nothing else.
It is a self check-in place, so you can arrive any time you want, and the location is very good since it is in middle of the golden circle. parking is free, but not much parking places. But regarding the apartment itself I have not much positive to say unfortunately.

United Arab EmiratesWe spent the night in March (Winter Season) and there were no restaurants close to the property. The Wifi was so bad and we didn't have internet connection at all. TV only had radio frequencies and no channels available. We strongly support recycling and segregating waste but taking the different bags ourselves was a bit of a nuisance.
The location is very close to Laugarvatn Fontana Spa (3 mins walking distance). The room is very spacious and all the amenities were available. The mudroom to ensure the cleanliness of the apartment. Self check-in was very swift.
