One downside was that it was somewhat noisy at night, which might disturb light sleepers.

KEF Guesthouse is a practical choice for a brief stay near Keflavík Airport, located just a 5–10 minute drive away. The guesthouse offers a fully equipped kitchen and a common lounge area, providing a comfortable space to relax. Shared bathrooms are available, and a shuttle service to the airport can be booked for added convenience. Cleanliness was acceptable. While the facilities are basic, the guesthouse serves its purpose well for travelers needing a convenient and affordable option close to the airport.

The room was small, only had the bed, a small sink, a small desk and one chair. If you would like to watch TV you have to go to the common area at the entrance, and hope others want to watch what you would like. I would have liked for breakfast to be included in the price. Parking was hard to come by. There were so many cars. I also didn't like that only the shuttle offered would take you from the guesthouse to the airport and not from the airport to the guesthouse. Also, the one-way shuttle was more expensive than a rental car for the whole day, which is what we ended up doing.

I liked that it was clean and close to the airport. Beds were comfortable.

The accomodation is very basic. Comfortable to sleep one night and to move on. Expensive even for Iceland though.

The kitchen was fairly basic with no oven for cooking (unlike a lot of guesthouses we had stayed at) but we managed with the hob (just had to change our dinner plans). Car parking was difficult, with so many vehicles around the guesthouse, it was difficult finding a space initially,

The location to the airport is excellent and it gave us quick access for an early morning flight. Room provided what we needed although would have been nice to open more windows.

Will be nice if black out curtain is provided during summer. No hanging area inside the bathroom. Owner may consider how to improve this area.

Location is very close to KEF airport. Good for late night arrival/ early morning departure. We are staying in family room with private bathroom and consider clean. Overall, short stay is fine.

The few bathrooms were not the cleanest, no surprise at so many people. The staff started ckeaning and banging noisily at about midnight. People were allowed ti arrive basically all through the night. There is no reception, the front door is open and you just key in a code to open your room. Latest family arrived at 01:38.

It was very close to the airport with parking and the room was clean with long, comfortable beds.

The linens didn’t seem entirely clean and the rooms were very musty. The bathrooms smelled pretty bad the whole time.

The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Self-check in was a breeze and plenty of parking.

The guesthouse is located on a large parking lot, which made the surroundings feel a bit less cozy. Also, it’s primarily a car rental business, so it didn’t feel like a typical accommodation.

The guesthouse was small but comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. We chose it mainly for its convenient location, and it worked out well in that regard.

In the parking place there were too many cars and it was quite difficult to find an available spot at midnight when we arrived from the airport. But the worst thing was that I received several emails before our stay, in which I was asked to access a link and to introduce my card details because otherwise my booking would be cancelled. Moreover, after our stay, I kept getting strange messages to access another link because my booking is still active and I will lose it If I don't do as told. The place is pretty basic but I didn't have great expectations.

Room warmer is not warm enough, room is quite small. And the water heater is not hot

Near to airport, very convenience for early flight traveller. Bedsheet is clean and the shared toilets are well equipped. Light breakfast provided. Shuttle bus provided to airport with cost, but still worth for money.

The attitude of staff. Booked for a group and one room was for an adult father and daughter and asked for separation of the beds but somehow that was impossible

Loved that we had a sink in our room. The shared bathrooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen was big and had all the things we needed for meals. Location was very convenient and the price was excellent.
