It was clean and the perfect location. Staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was great! It was nice and quiet and very close to everything. I’ve stayed on another island before, but liked being able to access my room throughout the day and nap if I wanted to. Would stay there again for sure!

Very convenient location. The junior suite is a nice size room with dual sinks the the bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. Free water taxi to Murano for a glass bowing demo. (You’ll need to get your own transportation back unless you make a significant purchase from their shop, but vaporettos are available.)

When leaving the room, the receptionist takes the key. I should have the key to my room.

The location of the hotel is very good. Also, the staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms are really clean. We had amenities that many hotels in Europe do not have. If I come to Venice again, I may consider choosing this hotel again.

We loved the hotel. Our room was quiet with two nice windows. The bed was very comfortable. The decor is somewhat formal yet updated. The bathroom was large with a good-sized tub and great shower. The location is fantastic: close to the Rialto Bridge and vaporetto stop yet tucked on block back from the Grand Canal. We arranged in advance to be met at the airport by a driver who took us to a water taxi. When the water taxi arrived at the Rialto Bridge, a person from the hotel was there to take our bags. We never had to lift our quite heavy suitcases. Everyone at the hotel was helpful.

A fabulous hotel in the middle of Venice, we had an amazing stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, their recommendations were superb and the rooms were exactly like we see in the pictures. Very neat and clean, amazing rooftop bar overlooking the San Marco square bell tower. We loved our stay here and we’ve chosen our go to place to stay in Venice for our upcoming trips. Also one tip to someone who is searching for a hotel along with the Elevator - this hotel boasts 2 elevators (so no need to carry your luggage until 4th floor) also the person assisted us and bringing our luggage till our room (exceptional service experienced in Europe)

Hotel location was fabulous, centrally located to everywhere. 2 min walk from Rialto bridge. Hotel staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Room was immaculate, spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I cannot think of one bad word to say about this little Jem of a hotel. We will definitely book to come back here.

The hotel staff are ALL AMAZING!!!! 🤩 The property is spectacular and always clean. This is actually our second time in Venice and our second stay at this hotel. I wouldn’t stay at anywhere else!!

The view from the window onto the wall and very uncomfortable pillows. On our last day, the cleaning lady didn't give us any more toilet paper or evening water. Coffee for breakfast was served separately, so you have to ask for it every time, and it was really tasteless, and I would even say that for me it was the worst I drunk in Venice. One more thing is the issue of orange juice for breakfast, which badly tasted and from my point of view it was fermented.

Very good location (close to the water bus and a great hotel as a base). Nice hotel staff and what is important, who speaks English. Room was quite clean and it was really nice, that we have gotten bottle of water on each evening for free. The breakfast was tasty and varied with small issues, but this I will develop below.

Could have used another chair in the triple suite. A coffee setup in the room would have been nice.

Triple room was a bit tight. Front desk staff were helpful, but in my opinion, not very happy.
